Was given a day, time slot and tracking number for delivery of induction hob. Five minutes after time slot, I received a message to say item was delayed and someone would be in touch. I heard nothing and finally got through to customer care who pass you to other numbers who either don't answer or tell you to call the original one. After many telephone attempts to no avail, I tried live chat and was passed from pillar to post, finally being told they never had a parcel for me in the first place! Hard to believe when it had a tracking number - but of course they couldn't explain that. I still have had no contact from them and I am on my fourth day trying to track the item myself. Useless and useless customer service team.

Delivery did not turn up and when I checked the tracking it said they had insufficient address details. Called the phone number provided and it said the driver had been unable to find my house. Cannot understand why he didn’t try to call me so I could direct him. Had paid for fast delivery and now I have to wait longer than because the driver couldn’t be bothered to find my house. Shocking that I didn’t receive any sort of message to say that I needed to call, I only found out from tracking it. Woman on the phone said it was my fault they wouldn’t re-attempt delivery the same day because I called three hours after he tried, but as I received no contact from him how was I supposed to know he had tried!!!

Wouldn’t even give them one star but I had to waited in 2days was told on second day it would definitely be here by 16.00 item still never arrived cancelled order on eBay purchased another on eBay but made sure they didn’t use DX . DX tracking number 1215769334

Delivery should have been 16th March 2021, it is now 20.48hrs 17th March and still no delivery although we have received 4 apology text messages giving later delivery times for today and still no delivery - absolutely shocking. There is no way of responding to the text messages or contacting the driver either. I notice the CEO used to be the CEO at Tuffnells - well that sums it up, I stopped using Tuffnells a few years ago as they were shocking too ! Your service is disgraceful.

Total rubbish do not turn up , then promise an am delivery still waiting 1: PM we are a company and we hate letting our customers down but this company just makes that happen ,very reluctant to have to be at the mercy of this company if our supplier continues to use them. Company

Extremely rude advisor just called on the last minute to advice they won’t deliver the item we were expected and will be reschedule after 3 days .....

Parcel of frozen perishable goods has been delivered over two days late and is now not fit for purpose and will have to be binned or returned. What a waste.

My wife has rearrange a parcel the due time was between 15.00 and 1700 no one turned up. Tried to ring and no one answered. Useless company. NEVER USE. Use a company who knows what they are doing and will deliver liked promised. This company deserves to go under with this kind of service. I would give a minus rating if it was possible.

Absolutely dreadful. Was told delivery coming March 2nd. Waited in all day, no delivery. Promised to redeliver next day but item went back to the depot that night. Next day the tracker showed lorry to be two miles away yet it ended up at the depot AGAIN that night! No information, no phone call, eventually rang their head office who promised delivery today. As yet.... it’s not arrived. Shabby company with zero communication.

CANNOT BE TRUSTED; STAY CLEAR! As per everyone else on here; a FOUL experience. Delivery tracker map also vanished when the appointment lapsed even though the vehicle was just in town. Failed to keep appointments. Failed to deliver across two days. Failed to provide an adequate excuse or explanation or update. I've advised the seller to discontinue business with them. I think it's time investigators and the Police got involved.

Had an email to say that my door from B&Q was being delivered between 10 and 1 today. Followed its journey on Track. It was in the next village, getting closer, so I kept an eye out. Saw DX lorry drive past and not stop. The lorry according to Tract has continued to the other side of town where it has remained since 4.00 pm. If only I had know I could have ran out into the road and flagged it down!!

I did not choose that company - that was the sellers only option to get my purchase. My item is still not delivered, so I asked the seller for refund. After all those lies they fed me I feel like it is a good system how to steel the money from people. Perhaps there was nothing to deliver at all?

The worst courier ever. I could not choose it, but I was expecting a sofa yesterday and they never appeared. The live chat is a joke, the call centre is just taking excuses ("we cannot get in touch with the depot"). Only lies and time spent online and on the phone.

Absolutely the worst company I have ever to delt with!! They are giving you the time slot, and then the parcel is not being delivered. The courier ignores the customer, and when one tries to call multiple customer service (numerous times), they are useless. They can only read you what you can see by yourself in email. They won't contact the delivery guy even if they have his number they promise that delivery will be made and three days later you are still without the parcel even if you tell them how important it is. They behave not trustworthy. You have to call ten times to get in contact with anyone, and they are ignoring customers. They do not care about customers, so what's the point of keeping them. The complaint department ignores you in the same way. I waste three days waiting for my delivery. I order this for an older person who has to self-isolate and who can't do online shopping. I had organised a trip to this person based on what they told me when a parcel would be delivered because I had to take a day off and call them three times during the day of delivery and lie to you. For a long time, I didn't have such a horrible experience with any delivery company or customer service, not to mention complain department who is also only on paper because they are not there to support customers or do anything for you. Use this company only if you like to be mistreated, ignore, lie to, and don't care about your parcel. Please do not use this company. Support those professionals offering a professional attitude and care about customers and respect their clients. Companies like this one should not exist!

Absolutely awful, they promised a delivery of my passport on Monday for an essential flight on Wednesday for employment, and they didn’t deliver because of a minor road closure on a nearby small country lane. Didn’t even call me or notify me that the driver couldn’t be bothered. Ironic thing is all day Amazon and other couriers have been delivering non essential items yet apparently to DX an urgent return of a US visa promised by the US embassy isn’t important enough for a 2 minute detour.

Not sure how this company is even allowed to operate? Have had trouble with two separate items now. They lie about attempting delivery and lie about not being able to leave a calling card. I had to contact the shop I ordered from to find out where my item was - they have been told after failed attempts (lie) the item is now at depot. Customer service useless too. AVOIDING this company like the PLAGUE going forward whenever and wherever I can

We waited all day finally decided to check at 6pm tracking said we had a delivery 10.45. Strange as hubby nipped home to drop off a pasty and cake exactly at that time. Only delivery we saw today was tesco express at a neighbours. I mean really. I want to see photo. This was a heavy one as well. Obviously given to wrong property so we're out of pocket. Never heard of this company before but obviously there are some serious problems.
