“Every negative feedback I have ever left has been removed by eBay and the seller skates by like nothing happened and my experience and opinion doesn't matter. And I am not a bird customer. Their policy is They don't even have the courtesy and decency to contact you to give you the opportunity to make an edit and use the flimsiest excuse for a blanket removal of every other negative feedback you have left. Completely bogus! I am leaving eBay after 14 years because enough is enough and the seller has only been on eBay for a year.”

“eBay used to be a fun place where you could buy unique items from sellers all over the world. Not anymore. The small fun sellers are gone and all you can find is boring stuff shipped from warehouses in China. I don’t know why the company did this to themselves. I guess it’s more profitable this way.”

“I've only used eBay a couple of times but those times I got junk and it wasn't worth the money I paid so I closed my account I will have nothing to do with eBay and I suggest to anybody thinking about using ebay that they don't because you won't get what you paid for you'll get junk”

“I was on the phone with customer for over an hour about a 10% coupon that I used for an iPhone and then had to cancel the order after I found out he phone was unusable because it was not paid off to carrier. They would not reissue or provide credit on a new order. They don't care about their customers, stick with any other company that does.”

“Four out of five times of purchasing from EBAY I have been scammed now. they charge you shipping and handling to send defective, damaged, inferior (CHEAP CHINESE), or just plain old wrong items all together.then you have to pay return shipping to boot... World wide scammers market.”

“tradenrg-uk SENT FOR 2 had first one fitted would not charge so i got the second battery fitted and it works fine contacted seller he seems that he did not care difficult to deal with i sent faulty battery back still no refund AVOID AVOID Quality Replacement Battery For Apple iPhone 6s High Capacity 2200mAh + KIT faulty sent it back NO REFUND”

“Let’s see where to begin.. I been using eBay and PayPal since 2006 and had no issues until last year when I decided I want to start selling stuff to make extra cash. All I can say is scam scam scam so many SCAMMERS!! On ebays site and they get away with everything either eBay is in the seller side then PayPal will be on the buyer side so either way I’m still losing money cause it’s going back to the scammers. I lost more money on eBay then making from FEES! And SCAMMERS!! To the point I canceled my eBay store not even worth it anymore I will just stick with the free version and just keep selling my items on Mercari which I haven’t had any issues yet I give them a 100. EBay and PayPal I wish I can give them both a 0.. so if you want to sell and think your gonna make money haha think again.. you will be scammed and paying all these fees.”

“I ordered from here and gave the seller all the information needed to make sure it was a right size , when i reserved the package and tried to put the part on my dike it didnt fit so i am trying to send it back and got told i had to pay for shipping when it wasnt my fault . It says when you have a problem they will contact the seller to fix the problem and as i am talking to customer service they telling me they cant do anything about it and have to pay no matter what is the problem, this is false information on the website and isnt right . I wont be ordering from then anymore .”

“Literally a shipping company is willing to stand up to their fault and compensate an item they mistakenly delivered to a wrong address. They can only do that if the seller is willing to put in a claim but this seller names of A Moiz is not willing to stand up and help. He’s feasting on money from an item a customer has never recieve only because he has a fake signature to show...”

“They never protect the seller 💯 sure we all know ebay has seller and buyer scammer but this time is a buyer scammer but ebay in favor on the scammer buyer. Even after the Tracking said item was delivered to the buyer they still turn around And took the money Out from my account and refund the buyer because the buyer file the claim it never received. How did ebay know the buyer didn’t actually got the package? Scammer could say that anything to scam and to get the their money..Ebay’s reason it’s required to have the buyer’s signature in a certain amount. If it’s required i just wish ebay are smart enough to put a banner can’t proceed without a checking the box. They don’t care what happen to the package because they will charge it to the seller anyway. We will absolutely not doing business with them anymore”

“I have had my business account since 2011. eBay has now connected my account with my son’s account. His account is in trouble my account is not. I can’t do anything about his account. They lowered my selling limit. Now I am not making any money. Unfair practices. Needs changes.”

“I tried to refund something because the shipper sent the wrong item and when I went to print the return label I was told I would need to pay $3.87. I called ebays customer service and I asked what the $3.87 was for and why I had to pay it, I was then told they had no idea!!”

“I got an email (no reply) that someone broke into my account. I cant call them and I cant email them. This makes sure that there is no record that could hold them responsible for anything. I now have to change all of my passwords. THIS IS WHAT I GET FOR BUYING ANYTHING FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT EVEN HAVE A WAY OF SPEAKING WITH THEM. I will never buy anything from them again and I hope that anyone who reads this wont either.”

So the time has come! Briefly about ebay 1. Absolutely inadequate employees, in particular, this applies to the thing that is hiding under the number MC011. Inability to directly and reasonably answer questions hiding behind company policies. So the assessment of the adequacy of employees 2 2. Inability to make reasonable decisions in disputes Professionalism score 2 3. Respect for the participants (to their customers who bring them money), at the lower level. Grade 2 Here's what you get when dealing with this company. Huge negative experience and spoiled nerves. This behavior of ebay employees poses a threat to the entire online community. So I rated you at 222 Soon there’s still another 4 and get a rating on the remaining 6 points. For those who have suffered morally and financially from the actions of ebay employees, I want to say the following Decency and honesty are very expensive gifts. And do not expect them from cheap people Good luck”
