Fed up with ordering items and them being deemed lost either at depots or in transit! Then having to accept refunds! It's clear that items are being stolen. After they've left the seller. Kind regards.

I always select to buy only from the US. That's how I support my country every way I can. So when it brings up sellers that are in the US and located in California, maybe not. The tracking number was sent to me and location is California, I think it's coming from California. After finding USPS traciking numbers sitting idle for weeks I wondered how that happens. Well, When I checked further the sellers main address is China not the US as Ebay lists them. The items are coming from China which explains idle USPS tracking numbers. Hence the idle tracking number and this happened 4 times to me in a couple weeks. I've been tricked. Don't let them trick you. When I mentioned the idle tracking number they will tell you "It has been shipping". The post office must have lost the number or they lost my item I will try and ship again"... this is to buy time!!!. So....When you select you want to buy from the US, you may not be. Check where the actual companies location is not where they want you to believe it is. Clever how Ebay allows these sellers to hide their real identity.

It's becoming the normal for ebay listings to state that the item is in Australia. Only to find that the seller is based in China and the item ordered and paid for takes weeks to arrive, posted from overseas ebay customer service does nothing to prevent this, no mater how many times you raise this.

I don't about anyone else but eBay selling Walmart 5 Lb Bag of flour that normally costs $2-5 dollars at Walmart & turn around and sell it for $32. Here we are we have thousands of people dying from this deadly virus so greed takes over & profit is more important. I for one will never buy anything from eBay ever again. I don't do business with greedy people.

I have problems signing into my account under the two step verification method. The second step requires a 6 digit identification number texted to my phone. This is not working at all, nor can I contact technical assistance to resolve the issue. As such, I will not be able to utilize the website at all. The two step verification also prevents resetting a password. So secure even I can't access my account any more.

Avoid seller "Venom Crystals" They sent stones that were not anything like the obviously Photo shop-enhanced stones that were pictured in the listing. They promised a refund and I never received one. I left negative feedback and they countered it saying they never misrepresent their items. Nonsense! I have also dealt with some very scammy sellers claiming that an item costed more in shipping and I was harassed via text to send money to their paypal OUTSIDE of ebay. Ebay is becoming a cesspool. SCAMBAY!

I ordered an item from a seller on eBay on 6-Jan. The shipping was advertised as expedited and the cost was $9.95. I didn't receive the item until 15-Jan. Expedited shipping takes a maximum of 3 days. I left a negative review for the seller stating it was due to shipping time. The seller contacted me and stated it was the post office's error, offered to refund my shipping, but made it contingent upon me changing my review to a positive one. That isn't how ratings work. If the seller didn't agree with the rating, he or she could have replied to the negative review through eBay’s system, could have explained it was the post office's fault, and then stated shipping he or she would refund my shipping. Instead, the seller called eBay, demanded they remove my feedback; they did without consulting me and have left no option to leave new feedback. Then, the seller contacted me again and stated they removed my feedback, complained my feedback was unfair and I knew it, and stated I was going to be paid back through "karma". I told the seller I would be disputing the shipping charge with my credit card company. It was advertised as expedited when it wasn't received within 3 days. I called eBay to complain to their feedback department about the seller’s gratuitous messages and eBay’s removal of accurate feedback. I spoke to Victor. He stated their eBay employee removed it because the item had been delivered. I don't think they bothered to read the contents of my feedback before removing the review. The review was accurate and eBay should have never removed the feedback. Instead, they should have advised the seller to reply to the feedback (so new buyers could read it) and explain the reason for the delay and the refund of shipping. I asked Victor to reinstate the feedback option so I could leave new feedback considering the unprofessionalism of the seller. He stated once removed, the buyer can no longer leave new feedback. He stated eBay would address the seller's e-mails with the seller and that is all. Buyers and sellers on eBay rely on accurate feedback when making purchases. It is part of the seller's advertising as well as eBay’s. Buyers and sellers expect reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness from eBay. If eBay is removing accurate feedback at a seller's request, obviously eBay cannot be trusted. I'll further say that I believe it is a form of false advertising.

i made a purchase for an item and paid for my item realized 2 where not purchased so i contacted seller and asked how i can make it 2 for 1 shipping he said i could order a second one and the shipping be refunded..... so i did so just to find out that ebay charges extra shipping to a company called pitney browes that ebay refuses to refund even if they seller says that you will receive a full shipping refund i went through all the steps and was denied by employee and supervisor and am thoroughly un impressed by the service and lack of info..... i would have never bought the second one if i knew the seller wasn't getting the full shipping charge i feel like ebay is stealing from us when taking a charge the seller has no idea is being added to their product this is a problem when ordering from the states

Purchase delivery promise time is bad and always extended for some reason. They also dont stand up for that they just try to wait for estimated delivery time and schedule there set in after it in 3 days unlike Amazon customer service. I had this issue many time and that's why we dont deal with ebay no more .

I’ve been buying and selling on EBay for 12 years, I had 100% great feedback until a buyer got mad at me for canceling & I refunded his purchase. I called to complain and have it removed, but because I missed the 90 day rule by a few days? They could do an not over ride, not even a supervisor.2. eBay use to be user friendly, notsome It nuts have made it a mess.3.like the previous reviewer said if’s seller has great feedback he can get a negative feedback removed, with in 90 days even if he’s a crook.3. eBay has raisers there selling fees along with PayPal.4. It is true a buyer can rip you off, Example: he buys a antique vase from you and returns a similar broken one back to you, ebays buyer protection, always with the buyer except they’re with the seller on feedback. They also only give the really low fees to the power sellers, so EBay is no longer cheap to use to sell because the new guy will have to pay higher % of fees.last but it least when you call customer service they are nice but English is not their first language , so most of them barley understand what your saying and they have almost no power to do anything it’s like they are reading off a prompt, index cards?!? The Answers to your??’s managers have no power to override,Anyway to make along story short, I still like to buy on EBay, because of the things you can find,)but selling has become expensive, difficult,(do to due to updates, you have to be a computer expert? It’s a lot harder to navigate selling then 2 years ago, and 2 years before that, it was like somone was trying to justify their jobs by changing just for the sake of change?!!?’leave well enough alone, what happened to “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it?) although I heard from another seller ebay is better than Etsy. No wonder Facebook market place and offer up are doing so well.

Yah so my father he made a guest account and bought a coat but I forgot to put the unit number however, they eBay website will not access to the account such prevented to get refund and also he send unit number but no product. This company really sucks. Amazon so much better. It is really difficult to access account and ask for specific help.

I had a buyer want a few of my items and was willing to pay some bucks for it. In the process I had some fee’s for reuploading items and I figured if I was getting this money I can cover it. In reality, it was a scammer in the end and I’m left with paying for fee’s. I contacted eBay about this buyer and all they did was block them from me, but not from anyone else. eBay needs to create an algorithm to get rid o scammers because it’s rude and unfair for the sellers. I’m paying Money out of pocket for trying to sell my items now. Never using eBay again even for buying, so angry.

eBay does not use a good shipper. Same item bought on eBay took 15 days. Amazon to 5 days. Amazon ships faster international. eBay uses third party shipping international. Can get a straight answer from eBay on shipping. Call Amazon about shipping they tell when you will get your purchase. You get refunds almost immediately, eBay you get a run around.”"0

Ebay not the same . When you look for women's clothes and shoes etc all you see are companies based in China selling poor quality items. Have purchased twice before and items received were total rubbish and went in the bin. Puts me off ever buying clothes now on ebay. Why does ebay allow these companies to use their site.

I purchase sometimes from particular vendors because delivery is "guaranteed by" certain date. But it is not! The vendors lure you by "guaranteeing" delivery by certain date, and eBay colludes. Then you learn you aren't getting what you were "guaranteed". I lost certain opportunity because the purchased thing arrived 3 days after "guaranteed" date. And eBay does not care, and continue to lure again and again. They should be not "guaranteeing" it then. They could say something like "delivery date target is", but not "guaranteed". Thys should lose that one in court. They guarantee is a binding contract, which they do not honor, and just continue to violate it. My last not-so "guaranteed" item was #122856222054.
