How many times in the last years, all of my items has been missing a lot. This time I claim my missing item and they didn't even refund my money for Case #5196855582. They come back to me so fast within hours and leave a message regarding what happen. But, they don't seem to bother and follow whatever notification that is listed on their website. Do not even bother to order from them, I was their customer since 2013. Once, it is out of their hand and given to the mail carrier. Your item listed as it was delivered, and you didn't get your item. Close your account right away and dont even bother. They are just giving the sellers our money without your item being send to you. You might be lucky sometimes when you get them. I'm their customer for too long and how many items end up missing. I buy the item again and was received the same result. Their full of BS. I rather spend more on Amazon because your value as customer and they make sure you got your item. How many times they replaced my item? They even send them to me using their own delivery service. I been loyal for too long. I am closing my account because they don't even try to contact you or ask more questions out of you. Even you already leave messages or notes from the box they provide it to you when you claim the item wasn't never received. Don't trust their Ebay money back guaranteed at least your "qualified" like how they think you would then you get your money back. But, I wouldn't waste my time if I was you.

Ebay now charge 10% commision on sales and also charge you on postage which they have nothing to do with - its thieving basically. I have to arrange all the postage, boxes, paper, tape, arranging courier why should Ebay charge me for posting. I pay for all the postage and have to pay ebay as well - this has to be fraudulent?? Then as you have to go through paypal (owned by ebay) they then charge you a % commision again. They really rip you off - theres not much global competition unfortunately and they have a kind of monopoly. So you pay for advertising on ebay, you pay for posting your item if sold and then you pay again when you get your money in paypal. Great....should be a law against this rip off merchant

I've had very few issues with eBay , but the couple I've had is enough to tell me to use another site. I bought a pricy pair of headphones off the eBay site that never arrived. After some time I contacted the seller multiple times to request information on where exactly my item was delivered with no reply. Contacted eBay to help and they passed me to pay pal as they said they couldn't help. Pay pal later denied my request as they say it was delivered *but where they have no idea. So I'm left with an item that never came and out the money I spent with no help from either source. I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

I have ordered many things over the last few weeks with a few items going missing. The thing I really don't get is why eBay make buyers wait so long before they step in I ordered an item on the 6th November with 48hr delivery expected 9-10 now eBay say they can not step in until 22nd November. Sorry but if I order from other places and my item is not delivered when stated I get a refund as it's my rights as a customer

OK to buy or sell second hand goods but I recently bought a new phone. After 3 months it developed an intermittent fault. The seller suggested several software fixes but when it turned out to be none of these the seller suggested I take it to a phone shop and they would refund the cost of the repair. The phone was £58.00 so no phone shop is going to waste time on trying to repair an intermittent fault on a £58.00 phone. The supplier no longer replies to emails. The phone is now a coaster. Ironically I gave the seller a 5 star review a couple of weeks after purchase. Ebay has no way of challenging a supplier when an item goes wrong within the guarantee period so lesson learned, no more new items from Ebay.

Ebay caused total confusion by duplicating an order. The buyer and seller became totally confused since the two orders had the same item, at the same price, from the same buyer, for delivery to the same address and with the same details and order number. Online customer support have proved utterly hopeless. Ebay are only interested in making sales and if anything goes wrong in the process they are simply not interested, nor do they have a facility to deal with the problem.

Some of the items never arrived. I paid for an item, only to find out after i paid that it longer exist,it has been more than a month since my case is being processed yet i still have no money

This is not the first time I have bought things online eBay without receiving my items bought by different seller. This is becoming a habit with sellers on eBay.

I requested information under data protection and they just choose to ignore me. It should have to go that far in the first place

I always find what I want on there. Great buyer protection. However it is a terrible place to sell. Fees are extortionate and we get no protection when buyers rip us off

Cost eBay take from you for sales and Ebays PayPal transfer fee on top as well

ebay has become completely littered with Chinese sellers selling their rubbish fake items at rock bottom prices. They have their warehouses in the Uk to avoid taxation. Now one struggles to find a decent seller on ebay. Their communication with google translate is rubbish.
