I wished I could give a ZERO! Expensive, lacks seller support, provides services that doesn't guarantee, poor customer service, and there isn't enougt space to mention it all. I have recently started selling on Ebay against my friends advice only to be proven the same things they had experienced with Ebay. The postage was acquired via Ebay and they don't care if the service they advertise actually works or not, just the money. When parcels are lost or damaged by the carrier, Ebay says that it is down to the carrier and the carrier says its down to Ebay. I am out of pocket in the hundreds and not able to get my money back. Furthermore, Ebay stopped me from carrying on selling as they don't want nor interested in sorting out this issues. Awfull experience. Please let as many people aware of this and other experiances like this. Source another selling platform as this is a con!

I was sent completely wrong item and refused refund or to be sent correct product agent was rude and unprofessional I will NEVER ORDER FROM EBAY AGAIN

I know anything I order, I will get & at the best price. I just had a seller not wanting to give me a refund. I turned it over to Ebays online help & immediately the seller refunded my money.

I tried to list some face masks on ebay which were surplus to requirement as bought for my business,which has now had to close due to virus ebay kept taking my listing down even though my price was much lower than others selling exactly the same items, I contacted them by chat to have a very rude attitude, I then asked for a a call, basically it boils down to it is ebay decision who they let sell, they couldn't share the information with me on how they come to their conclusion, I have looked at other sellers and threads on this matter and seems to be if you are a large company or corporation you can, if not you can't, so my conclusion is that ebay are allowing the rich to profit through a world pandemic so they also can profiteer to a large degree, they basically told me they had no obligation to answer any of my questions on thier discrimination, so shame on ebay their are people selling cheap bad quality products at extortionate prices and eBay are allowing this for thier own gain, may I add some of these sellers are new, I have been a member from 2012. Absolutely shameful from this Company. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND NO ONE CAN STOP THEM FROM DOING IT.

I purchase the item through eBay they said it was delivered I never received it I told them they said that it was mailed to me on the mailbox so I'm just out of $160 I still have to reorder what I ordered

Never had an issue in all my years using this platform. Buying and selling has been fun and rewarding. Great way to get things you have always wanted but never had the means to when they first were introduced or they happened to sell out. This is my goto website when looking for outdated or older items. Two Thumbs up.

Issue with seller not wanting to refund the shipping amount to return an item that the seller described and shipped was incorrect, I informed seller and received a refund for the item but would not respond to any of my messages to refund the shipping payment. Customer service gave a total run around.

I highly do not recommend buying anything from them !!! They basically steal your money for products you never get They sell items that doesn't even exist and’ charged you for it !!! And they don’t give you any information about the issue ! I never got my purchase and haven’t got my money back! I will never buy or recommend !!

I have to vent about Ebay. They do not stand behind their word. They always say they stand behind their guarantee, but that is not true. I ordered an item and then sent it back for refund. The seller never did refund my money. I wrote the seller about the refund and he used all kind of excuses for not giving me my refund. One of which, was he said I sent it back to wrong address. Impossible!! I sent it back to address on the package in which it was sent. He also used some very vulgar language.He called me a bad name. I contacted Ebay about this and they never acknowledged my concern. Needless to say, I never got my refund or heard from Ebay. Believe me people, Ebay only cares about the sellers, not the buyers. I will Never deal with Ebay again. P. S. The seller also used price gouging on me. Price gouging and vulgarity is supposed to be against Ebays policies. That's a Laugh!!

Suspended my account indefinitely for not being able to provide invoices! Not only does ebay take a cut of the things I buy to resell but also bans people because we’re “scams” or a high right. Smh. Unbelievable

Worst ever service I receive from eBay. They never deliver their order on time regardless of pandemic or favorable situation. Customer service is worst at all. Seems I’m being robbed by eBay and their seller agents.

He comprado varios articulo, pero en mi ultimo pedido me robaron el dinero, el equipo de soporte no me quiso hacer reenvolso y nunca me llego el pedido, cerraron el caso y me dejaron sin voz, nunca me dieron opciones para encontrar el paquete, me quedo sin palabras la forma poco profesional que tienen de obrar,

The worst experience and during COVID19 DISGUSTING E-Bay let looser on customer Service stay away from them and the worst Elora and James.....the worst people...Block me for selling personal staff on Ebay without any reasons or apologies......Disgusting people..... even during a worldwide problem having the gut to attack people 4 free.....LOOSER & FRUSTRATED....

The item I ordered was not item shown on the seller provided photo. I tried to return it using eBay provided return label, but the item was returned by USPS. The seller refused to do anything to resolve the issue and there is no "ask eBay to step-in" link available anywhere for me to contact eBay. Again and again, eBay failed me. "Money back warranty" is a lie.

I recently made a purchase and the seller cancelled , a week later I still haven't received my refund. Contacted eBay through eBay and they requested I provide item number , transaction number and other information. The seller has not replied to my message either . eBay makes it extremely difficult to resolve issues through their help center as every case has it's differences .. Its basically a lesson learned on my part . I buy almost daily on eBay and this experience has me sourcing items from other platforms .

Never Never Never Buy refurbished item's from Ebay. I bought 2 earphones and withen 4 months I had issues with earphones.. I emailed eBay and chatted over 45 minutes they promised me I will get a response from the seller.. Weeks later still no response.. I chatted with eBay again promises and said if no response eBay cant do anything is out of our hands because eBay rules is after one month once the item was received eBay can't do anything without a response from the seller if the seller dont care eBay dont care simple as that. I had no choice but chack them way in the bin and total loss $300.

Ebay has been hacked! No one is getting g paid for item sold and your goods are gone forever. DO NOT sell through Ebay during Corona!
