“Didn’t receive the product ordered and I have been home during the lockdown. Complained and the case was close without any refund. I can’t even appeal. No picture to or evidence of delivery. Bad bad bad services!”

“Full of sneaky seller fees. A month after someone returned a snowboard the bought from me, they charged me 129 in fees like shipping that I had already paid for. By doing this they over drew my bank account putting even more financial strain on my family and I in this hard time. I begged them to return the money but they said their fees were justified. So now it is my mission to discourage anyone from buying it selling on ebay. Delete your accounts before they just take your money straight out of your account.”

“I would even give them one star if I don’t have to customer services is disgusting as much use as a ash tray on a motorbike money back guarantee is BS they don’t care as long as they get they money that all they bothered about if you want to get in touch with customer service learn to speak Indian or get a translator then you might stand a chance but you are probably still wasting your time website is a joke if you have a problem total joke”

“Item was never received the oxygen generator that i bought via ebay not received ..ebay labeled it as received but i haven t received it ...ebay supposed to be a trusted website it s not safe to buy from them ..i paid 200 dollars for nothing..ebay should step in for fraud committed by seller ..to protect the client.aliexpress is better”

“I ordered a bike face mask that was supposed to be a size large . The box said size large but what was in the box was not a large , it was a medium. The seller refused to correct the size and ebay customer service did not help to correct it .”

“Bought a item from ebay.money was taking out of my act so I guess they really stoled from me and never got nothing.no package,nothing I sent email all I got was we have no record.they had credit card number and it showed up on my bank statement but they have no record.how did that happen money was taking out by ebay.oh I guess somebody has it.”

“Sold my guitar as lost my job. Buyer in U.S. received my guitar on 25 March. Very happy with purchase. Ebay states new sellers will have their paypal money released 24 hours after buyer receives item, or 7 days after. Thank you Ebay for playing "god" with my money - over 2 weeks LATER. Out of work, and Ebay released my money only today 10th April. I asked for special empathy due to my position ... NO!! Ebay, no other company could refuse a persons right to THEIR money like you. Disgusting. on 25th March - my sale was AUD$4700.00 .... due to failing US$, today 10th April just AUD$4290.00 CRIMINALS! Seeking legal advice!”

“Ebay said money back guarantee where I ordered from this company march 25th and never got my item and contacted the seller and no response, contacted ebay the said wait till april 15 for contacting the seller where they don't respond and then wait 48 hours after that and then make their decision, really why do I have to do all of this.”

“I sold something under my bay policy of no returning - as a single mom and old eBay customer ( over 8 years ) I have corona In quarantine- money already spent for something else to my 10 year old They put a hold on the money after few days Why they even have the policy ?? The person who bid the item under the circumstances where it’s says no refund ( should understand that and bid someone’s else ) please an advice I hate amazon I sent an advice that was working now besides eBay put a hold on my little ones money I have no guarantee in what I will receive .. Thank u”

“I ordered 2 masks to protect through the virus pandemic. Ebay canceled the order due to the seller. I assume the seller is fake? It is next to impossible to get a refund and when I did I only received half of the refund. Ugh! No more bay for me!”

“I created a new account on EBay to purchase a printer. I put in a bid and then EBay suspended my account indefinitely. They say because of suspicious behavior. How is creating a new account and putting in a bid for an item suspicious behavior? Well they said I have no right to an appeal or can open up any new accounts so I guess this will be the last I ever try to order off EBay. Very disappointing.”
