“they are now much better at getting a result for the buyer, in that any problems are quickly and efficiently dealt with, and they buyer usually is able to get a refund. However, if you are the seller, this is a totally different prospect in that you really have no power to deal with a problem because eBay always seem to take the side of the buyer and forces the seller to return the buyers, regardless whether or not the buyer may be lying or claim they have not received the item. This is a serious implication that eBay needs to address so that both buyer AND seller can have a fair conclusion to potential problems.”

“I bought a black dress on eBay it was retailing at rrp £65.00 and rrp £85.00 from other sellers. I bag this bargain for £19.00 plus postage and packaging. I was ecstatic about the price but when my parcel arrived and I opened it I love my dress I love the material and style. I love a bargain. I recommend all my family and friends to eBay. The delivery was prompt. I am a very happy customer. Thanks eBay. They call me eBay Queen. Lol”
