“Seller couldn't fulfil 2 separate orders and refunded a month later after I chased them. Negative feedback was left for both orders and subsequently removed by ebay. Although they make it extremely difficult to actually get in touch with someone at ebay, I eventually managed to get a message back from them stating along the lines "due to privacy concerns we can't discuss feedback removal". If it wasn't such a well-known company, I'd be sure it was a scam website.”

“Ho trovato un prodotto che desideravo ad un prezzo veramente ottimo. Purtroppo non ho apprezzato la politica di spedizione prioritaria di Ebay, troppo costosa per essere così lenta, cosa che ho comunicato anche a loro. In ogni caso il prodotto era valido e il pacco è arrivato con leggero anticipo.”
