“I have used Ebay for 15 years, bought and sold and found they are very consumer oriented in solving disputes rapidly and enforcing refunds under their policies, Together with Paypal they provide a service for consumers that UK credit card companies and non ebay sellers should try to emulate - the experience in my view is so much easier and safer. I have had thing go wrong - my Paypal account was hacked .. but it was sorted within a week with a full refund ($400)- but that was over 10 years ago and it has only happened once. A very satisfied customer.”
