Lots of trouble creating account, it kept defaulting to a business user. Don't like using your codes, why not use the manufacturers code?

Great range, value for money. All ruined by terrible courier who only informed me that my parcel would not be delivered to my office address at 1845 without any notable attempt to deliver or contact me (no other online services have such issues) which was backed up by customer service "waiving" the restocking fee. If a friend hadn't mentioned my last order was 33% more cheaper than else where I wouldn't have even checked. 10 years ago I loved the place.

Paid for an item on Friday but received a note on Monday informing me that it was out of stock. Had to make a new eNote which has a response time of up to two days. Generally disgruntled over the experience.

I do not understand why you offer free delivery to everyone else but the Scottish Highlands, we have the same postal service.

Had good few things in my basket on Black Friday but couldn't sign in or proceed through checkout. When final able to log on half the stuff was sold out. And tried this on 2 computers.

Very poor information on a workstattion which we wanted I have now orderd a desktop because i was not confident on the spec. Credit facilities very high rate, with no 6 months interest free etc.

I have made a point of all ways saying do not store card detail. However they must be storing my card details as they have just taken payment from the wrong card without asking for card details

Disappointed with checkout. Stated that the dispatch (next working day (free postage)) had been changed to 2 working days (chargeable) because my paypal address was 'not confirmed'. Never had this problem before. The out come is that my order has cost me more than expected and has been delayed. Not very happy.

I have ordered from you before and had payment problems, that was two years ago. I have just tried to order something again and have had payment problems, this is despite using a card which is ok and has more than sufficient funds to pay for the item. I was impressed by your service the first time round but these payment issues need sorting out if I am ever to use you again. Kind regards Steve Williams

The products are great and the delivery is very good nowadays but there is still the problem that if you have a trade account they try to get out of all warranty support and refer you to the maker in nearly all instances.

The item I bought today was advertised at £12.49 on the e-mail sent to me, but when I clicked (click here) the price became £14.49. Poor way to treat your customers!

last time I ordered items most where delivered to an address I did not chose. The one I selected on the Ebuyer site (that was a registered address on the site) was changed to another after I placed the order, to an address where I am never there. Subsequently my Items kept being delivered to this address on the 3rd and final delivery attempt YODELL tried to deliver to an address 300 yards from the correct address on the label, and left just part of the package? and I recieved a phone call from someone at that address because they had found my work phone number on the package???............... why did the delivery driver not ring the number on the package? ???? 1. Ebuyer should not change your selected deliver address if registered on there site previously. 2. They should use a courier who delivers to the address on the delivery label!! I would never use Yodell. bad experience. .................................... I am trying one more time to get parts from ebuyer if unsuccessful this time, i will look for another more competent supplier. ...........................................

Prices of components are cheap. I've used them for the last 8 years and I've been happy with the products. Where Ebuyer lets itself down is my experience with my account and the 'customer service'. For an unknown reason my account has been deactivated, meaning I can't buy anything. When I managed to speak to someone about this, they passed the problem over the fence and said they would reactivate my account. They haven't. I'm trying to spend money with them and they are not letting me. Not a way to run a business.
