“Windows 8 style is awful. Too may cross-selling items - if I want to look at other items I'll find them myself. Can't buy from initial list of items - have to go into product details which of course is full of cross-selling items. Yuk!”

I have viewed the details on the order, and I can confirm that on this occasion the delivery option selected at checkout was a 'Free 5 Working Day' option. You do currently have the promotion of free next day shipping on your account, which should show in your basket before checking out. “Reasonable prices but, if anything goes wrong, woe betide you. Seemingly, customer service has always been something eBuyer has revelled in doing badly. Even when it costs nothing, I've found time and again that eBuyer will go out of its way to avoid doing the sensible or helpful thing. The service team, with rare but notable exceptions, seems positively to enjoy frustrating cusomers. Other than that, fine. J”

“Site okay but offer email said free next day delivery but website wanted to charge me for next day, so had to accept 5 day delivery. Would have phoned up, but customer service is on 0871 number which is 10p a minute plus network charge which works out expensive off a mobile. I wanted the goods and I have had a hard day so I did not shop around for another supplier.”
