1st My laptop arrived faulty. I requested a replacement. returned laptop and 4 days later was told it had been sent off for repair. again I requested a replacement. They finally told me it couldn't be repaired. they have sent me a replacement. then I get told there is no replacement. to re-order something else. Told I couldn't get one at a higher cost due to the messing around they have caused. Finally found one cheaper and requested it be sent out. told I had to order it myself. This is now 2 weeks messing me around. so finally I ordered the replacement and checked my account. it showed the money had gone out of the credit owned. next day. told the order has been cancelled due to wrong account details. Also told my money had been refunded. checked my account. no record of me ordering the new laptop and I'm still in credit for the full amount of the first one. Customer service sucks. wouldn't bother ordering again, except I need a laptop and I can't afford to wait for them to refund me in full. They have me over a barrel.

i buy a printer and then its cancelled??????????????our order has been cancelled for one of the following reasons: - You've asked us to cancel your order, - An item on your order has been discontinued or is now out of stock. I received a faulty laptop. but not having access to a pc/laptop I had problems trying to arrange a return. I explained this over the phone and requested a replacement not a repair as I needed to access to a pc/laptop urgently for work. after sending the laptop back It was another 4 day before the told me it had arrived and they were sending it off for repair. by the time they found out it couldn't be repaired they have sold out of the laptop. After they told me a new one had been sent out. its been 3 weeks now and I'm having to borrow other peoples laptops/PC to try and get something sorted out. all the time I get knocked back buy the customer service. They wouldn't even help order a new one. I had 2 eNotes open because they wouldn't reply to one.

Placed order before 8pm on Friday and paid over £10 for next day delivery on Saurday. When email confirmation came through stated delivery 8 days later (following Saturday!). Had to wait until Monday to check with Customer Services, who just said that in the terms and conditions it states that the order has to go through their security systems before 8pm and not placed on website prior to this time, even though when I placed the order it still stated delivery next day. I was then told I would have to wait until the next Saturday as the order was in the system. Appalling lack of customer service!!

do not like to be forced into setting up an account to make a quick purchase. I have ticked to unsubscribe to all contact, but I bet it won`t be long before.........

Ebuyer always seem to be good value for money and if you sign up to receive the special offers it's even better! I only ever pay for the Super Saver 5 day delivery and things always arrive in a day or two

I actually hate purchasing from this company as their process to sign-in is a real pain in the rear. If you need a password reminder the mail never comes and even though you may pay with paypal and save yourself the aggravation of filling in address details the system still makes you fill them out all the same. The only positive comment I can say is their pricing is very competitive and delivery has very good first rate options which are right up there for value, hence me completing this order as the value was really hard to beat. I used the site to order items for my company. All items it said were in stock with plenty of stock left. It let me place the order and took my credit card details. Upon completing the order, I received the confirmation and I thought everything was fine. Within a minute I received a cancellation notice saying that I had either cancelled the order or that the items weren't in stock. If they weren't in stock, it should have told me at the beginning and I would have gone elsewhere! Very poor!

Even though I have bought from Ebuyer on multiple occasions from the same address they once again asked for security confirmation. I understand security is paramount, but I was paying through Paypal who have me as a verified customer at the billing/delivery address specified.

Ebuyer have used Yodel to "deliver" my parcel. Yodel are singularly the worst courier "service" in the country. Due to Yodel's refusal to offer a reasonable service, my product will most likely be sent back to Ebuyer. This is terrible and I will not be buying from Ebuyer until they confirm that they will never, EVER use Yodel again.

I bought a t v and it arrived damaged and the will not re fund my money , so I have told to buy a new one , I have reported them to trading standards and I am taking them to court ,I opened the box and the screen was broken , and four witness were there when I opened the box ,and they will not replace it , be very careful with this company they are not a fair company , I am a 70 year pensioner dying of cancer I have rang over a day 8 times I paid for goods and they arrived broken ,they just fobbed me off , do not trust them they a are not a fair company my name is Richard towers and my email is richtico@yahoo.com regards Richard towers

Sent me a faulty product. I mean really people buy stuff when they really need to use it and then you send them a faulty product. Then we must sit and wait for ages for them to give us a refund.

Placed order. Paid extra for overnight delivery. Ebuyer took the overnight postage but knew it was not going to be sent overnight. Did not inform me until an email on day of expected delivery which said it would be delivered the following day. Should not be able to pay for overnight if it cant be done. Very poor response from company, Will not be bothering again,

Something wrong with YOUR site for Sign In & placing order. Have dealt with you for several years-No problem. But last 4/5 months have had great difficulty with comms to your site. All other comms from my 3 m/cs are OK to other supplier/banks/Services etc. just Ebuyer; both direct from EMail & browser bookmark. This Order took me over an hour to place; Sign In took 8 minutes to respond; Order Checkout took 6 minutes to resppond. It said orders over £50 have free delivery, i have just paid £173 and charged £10 for delivery i have a very tight budget which i have to be with in and you have just ruined my whole pc build, Thanks but i will not be a customer here ever again....yeah thanks for the cpu.

I was charged a highlands and islands surcharge for delivery when none of my business suppliers charge me anything for delivery from all over britain for the last fifteen years ,when I complained I was told nothing could be done because it was the carrier to blame.I am about 4 miles from the end of the m74 to london. If this is the case then e-buyer should change the carrier as it costs e-buyer customers money for nothing and it will cost e-buyer trade as the items are dearer for no real reason.
