Website says 3 working days delivery, tried emailing & calling - just passed on to several non existent departments. They take the money immediately and then that's it ! Nothing. Will now have to get the bank to dispute as goods not arrived.

Good quality hardwood delivered on time, althought the wood was quite stained in several places. Fortunately I am only using the wood for lawn edging so the staining is not an issue for me, but if I was using it for decking I would be dissapointed.

I ordered 4 6x6 heavy duty Vertilap panels, 3 6x5 ordinary panels plus 1 made to measure Vertilap panel. Overall the quality was excellent on the 7 standard size panels but unfortunately the wrong nails had been used in assembling the made to measure panel and several protruded slightly out of the rear of the panel cross members - most had been bent over but not all - a few still protruded. This was a shame because the panels are well built and in my view are of better quality than those available in DIY centres. Delivery was quick and professional and staff helpful.

The decking tiles arrived very quickly after ordering them so was very impressed with that! However, some of the panels on the tiles came loose when we were laying them down, and I notice that a couple are slightly shorter than they should be. Unfortunately I also got sent the wrong connectors ie round ones instead of edge ones, but they're so cheap I couldn't be bothered to make a fuss!

The ordering and delivery process was easy and well executed. The product (smooth yellow belau deck planks) however were not up to the standard I expect as a tradesman, with alot of woodworm damage and staining from weathering that added time to my job as I had to run a sander over the surface before oiling. Edecks got me out of a bind when the lead time from my regular supplier was unusually long, but the product wasn't up to standard and certainly​ didn't reflect the rather high cost. I will use again, but only in a pinch.

Delivery was fast but only one person arrived when 2 people were needed to lift the panels. Fortunately the driver asked another delivery driver to help him as my husband was not able. I asked for the panels in green, which was also on the delivery note, but received brown. The quality of the product itself was very good.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I left a genuine review on their Facebook page and they blocked me...this is the sort of company you will be dealing with. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and their rude, unhelpful staff are a joke!! I placed an order online (for which I had to send photo ID and proof of address - never had to do this before) and the payment was taken and I was informed delivery would be within 6 working days. Later I received a phone call to tell me that the product wasn't actually in stock and I would be waiting until the 10th of December - then after asking again for an exact time of delivery the guy replied - well I don't actually know! We then discussed the options, as my guy fitting the decking was booked in on the back of them telling me 6 working days, and I was told about another grey composite option. I opted to go for that product and was told delivery would be Thursday. Delivery DID arrive on the Thursday but I had the delivery driver tell me it was my job to jump up on the lorry and unload the gear myself ???? I contacted eDecks to explain that this is not acceptable and that I didn't want the order any longer and I was told - tough luck basically as they had sent me an email telling me this (shock...I never received that email). They later explained they can provide the delivery the following day with one of their guys taking the product off the lorry - I stupidly agreed, rather than just get a refund and be done with the joke of a company! The delivery turned up the following day and there were handfuls of damaged boards and edging strips. I have requested for them to just get the whole lot off my property and I will use a better company. I am awaiting the pick up and refund...the incompetence of the company will suggest this will also be a drama!!

Bought a composite teak deck from edecks in July. Laid it in the same month. It has faded terribly! It now looks patchy and uneven in colour in less than 4 months. Really really disappointed as it cost over £3k. Contacted edecks recently and got a boiler plate response with no care and an offer of 10% off my next purchase. What a joke! Before this a lot of trouble getting a refund on decking clips returned. Watch out for the 20% restocking charge.

I have used edecks before and been happy. This time they let me down. I ordered Saturday 14:00, by Sunday 16:00 I realised I had underordered. I sent an electronic request to amend the order (customer services were closed) and then called 09:00 Monday morning. Apparently the order was planned and the lorry full so 9 decking planks could not be added. Also it would be very inconvenient for me to cancel my order and start again. It would add admin! But I could reorder and pay a delivery charge! It's a pity when customer service is less important than running a system even when changes are requested over a Sunday when the staff are not around to consult. I will buy the extras locally from Travis Perkins.

Ordered Monday evening 25 deck boards, ordered from them as ot said 2 day delivery expected delivery Thursday as couldn't count Monday with ordering in the evening. Phoned Thursday to see if my order was coming I was told they were busy because of the bank holiday coming up and to expect a call back within the hour, I got no call back. I got an email saying delivery Saturday which is 5 day delivery not 2. I phoned Saturday afternoon as my delivery still wasn't here and spoke with Kim and I explained that the email said estimated delivery day Saturday and asked if it would actually turn up today and she said if thats what your email says then thats when it will turn up. I offered my order number which she didn't want saying it will just tell her what my email says and that it will turn up Saturday and could be ten o'clock at night but that it would turn up if the driver wants to be home for the bankholiday. Anyway it turned up Sunday 11am so had a wasted Saturday off waiting for a delivery that was never going to turn up as the driver stayed over in dumfries and the driver said that they just look at how long it takes on a computer n have no clue how long it takes and that he can only drive so many hours in a day. Terrible service I will never order from there again I would rather pay more and be treated with respect for my custom. Also there is no one there to contact about the whereabouts of mg order so I would have been waiting in until Tuesday if it hadn't turned up!

I had this composite decking installed in late 2014 and have various issues ranging from warped planks along length as across the width + gaps appearing between the planks. The contractor attempted referencing who were impossible to reach despite several attempts. AVOID!!!

Wrong items delivered (one short of order and all wrong size). Tried to contact customer care department consistently over a six hour period and get put through to answer message and cut off. Raised a ticket online - no call back. Left a voicemail - no callback. In frustration called the reception and got put through to answer message Rang sales, put through to reception, and well you know the rest. Clearly no after sales care at all - will never use again!

Nothing but problems with this company: 1) Delays to the advertised delivery date 2) When the composite decking arrived there were many missing boards and several others were damaged 3) Impossible to speak to anyone to complain due to their "customer service system". It took 2 days to speak to anyone and then several more days to get a new delivery. 4) Two day delay to the re-delivery date of the missing and damaged boards. 5) Unbelievable, the new boards delivered are damaged. I now cannot believe this will be a hard wearing decking as advertised. This is totally unacceptable, eDecks composite decking is an expensive product and the delays (still unresolved) are preventing our workmen from completing their job. AVOID !!!!

If I could mark zero stars I would!! They turned up at 0300, I have dogs so woke up all the neighbors. Had no idea who was walking around my property and almost called the Police. Driver also left rubbish outside my house.... Customer Service not interested in talking to you, they just redirect your call half way through your conversation. Stay away, absolute joke.

Terrible customer service!! bunch of cowboys. don't buy from them!!! returns policy is dubious to say the least. 20% restocking charge and they claimed returned items were lost in post!! will bad mouth them to everyone I know Terrible!!!

I ordered metal sheets from e decks and they were advertising 3 /5 day delivery but once the order was place the delivery date changed to 30 Days ,when ringing them to enquire they transfer you to answer machine.Bunch of liars.

Had lots of issues with delivery! Don't take their word on fast delivery, it's not fast mine took 8 days, tried to track but won't let you, on website states phone calls at local rate but just seen another review that says it cost them premium rate so will check my bill as had to chase up my order by phone 4 times.! This company definitely need to sort themselves out in all aspects of their service. Wish I'd read reviews more closely as wouldn't have used !!
