“I didn't like the diamonds and I called them to return them. The customer service explained me why the diamonds appeared the way they did and I ended up upgrading the diamonds. I am very happy with the suggestions they gave me and my wife is very happy with the upgraded diamonds.”

“This is my second purchase from Edwin Novel Jewelry Design and once again I am floored! The quality is astonishing, as soon as I opened the box I was amazed by the intense sparkle of the stones. They are beyond gorgeous. The cuts are perfection. The earrings are very wearable and I'm very satisfied with the size of the stones. So affordable also! Thank you so much Edwin Novel, once again I am in love with my latest addition to my collection! This is by far my favorite shop and seller! Such a pleasure to deal with, each transaction is easy and smooth. Customer service is extremely polite. Having that said, I'm eagerly awaiting the arrival of my third purchase from them! “I cannot thank Edwin Novel enough for their fast and efficient service. I wasn't entirely sure if the item would arrive before we head off to get married but it was here with 3 weeks to spare - the horses certainly weren't spared!! “I was furious to know that my order will not be delivered the very next day eventhough I paid $29.95 for the next day shipping. When I called the customer service, they informed me about the production time and offered a refund for the shipping charge and take the standard shipping. I was happy that I didn't even have to ask for a Supervisor or Manager.”

“I can not say enough positives about this seller in being professional, friendly and a merchant who has only thee best quality for sale. I would term the gem which I purchased a "fire diamond" as it catches light, refracts like and it reflects light. This is the best gemstone I have ever seen. It is what gems are supposed to be if the exceptional stones made it to the mass market. This is the finest of merchant and the most exceptional quality in gemstones.
