“My landline and broadband went down in Kinmel Bay North Wales, so I contacted EE on my mobile.
They were straight onto Open Reach who found the fault and told me it would take 4 days to repair. This was done in two stages. 1 outside line then line into the house. The man who did the inside wiring from Open Reach (Will Williams) was brilliant and very helpful. He gave me several tips and the phone and broadband are working better than they have ever done. I was told to contact EE by friends to get compensation for loss of use of Phone and Broadband. I finally did this after worrying I would be belittled by EE. But nothing could have been further from the truth.
I spoke to a Gentleman in Ireland who was by far the best person I have talked to on the phone when making inquiries. And then he passed me onto a Lady (ELAINE) who was also Brilliant, gave me all the things I wanted to know. I wish all personal who answer calls were like these people. Life would be a lot better.”
“I have to thank John at ee as I had lost my job I couldn't pay my bill so my service got restricted but after contacting them John at ee listened to my problem and sorted out my payments so I could get my service resumed. Amazing service you don't find often.
I have been a customer for years and have 3 phones and tablet and even upgrades are hassle free and the coverage is wonderful even in most places in the highlands of Scotland. Wonderful company and service.”

Really happy with call centre as what I needed was done in 5 mins and I could fully under stand the person on the phone. unlike 3 company which I left took over 2 hours of phone calls to people that couldn't really understand me and vis versa. “I recently went into our EE shop in Leek Staffs to upgrade my phone. I have always received excellent service from the staff here and this visit was no exception. As one of the older generation having a new phone to contend with can be quite daunting, but the customer assistant Sam made it a trouble free experience by patiently demonstrating the phone’s features to me, transferring the information from my old phone and making me feel totally at ease. She is very knowledgable and shows an aptitude for dealing with customers which leaves them completely satisfied when they go out of the shop,. She and the other staff at this shop are an asset to the company.”

“I was really sceptical about joining EE when I was first looking for a new contract phone but I got offered a really good deal, a a top of the range Samsung smartphone which I requested so I thought I would give them a try . Wow !!!! I am so glad that I did. I had a little problem when I first joined but it got sorted out by a very nice customer service lady . She was so lovely and very very helpful. She sorted it out straight away and also gave me a free months off my contract paid. BRILLIANT . Really good company. I am really pleased that I chose EE and ignored what some people had told me.
