The worst company. all contracts terminated immediately. they cheat you and play with your bill. EVEN ASDA mobile is better than you. "extra charges" for nothing. ridiculous! never again. From where are my „extra charges“ coming, if I haven’t used my number? Why do I have to pay for the whole month a bill, when I can’t use my mobile phone for the month? Furthermore Is it legally to terminate within a 14 days the contract and getting charged for it? 2 years EE , two years full of headache. Please AVOID.

Having been a customer for 15 years with both my mobile phone and broadband. They have just hyped their prices by over 14% when inflation is just 10%. There's nothing I can do as I'm still under contract. I have done my research and can get much better deals elsewhere, which is what I'll be doing when my contract is up. We are in the midst of a financial crisis, and I'm on disability benefits. We are constantly told how big companies will help during the crisis, ee certainly aren't one of them. It is blatant profiteering and shouldn't be allowed. Absolutely disgusting

I thought EE was the top mobile phone company but now I doubt it is. Was a little late paying my bill but still paid it. Got a final demand letter after paying it so rang them to let them know it had been paid. They then had the cheek to say they had taken the payments as a deposit and they would pay it back after 6 months. I said can't you just take it off the bill and they said no. Soon changed their minds though when threaten with legal action. Then all of a sudden I was a loyal customer ! Disgraceful behaviour for a company that believes its the best.

This firm robbed our account of £1000+ , we went into the shop and to.d them to close my wife’s account, and open a new one on my bank account The assistant assured us the old account was closed when we left the shop , For 15 year we have had paper bills , but the account he was supposed to have closed was online so we noticed the money coming out over 4 years They deliberately conned us , AVOID THIS FIRM

I have had the most remarkable - beyond the call of duty - service from Martin O'Neill at EE. Amazing. We had trouble with getting an eSim to work. He took such a lot of trouble to get me going - calls back exactly on time and such a lot of kind and great energy put in to put things right. I will always stick with EE now.

Absolute disgrace with the prices. I bought sim only was told I can cancel any time it turned out I couldn’t. I pay £32 for sim only started with £20. With Ee since 2017 5 lines I pay more and more and internet connection etc terrible.

Keep charging me and I have been trying to close this account for months the original account with the phone finished last year I ended the mobile along with the number, but left my daughters pad which the contract has also ended I have been trying to end this contract and I can't phone as it will not let me past the first part as I need a valid EE mobile number which I don't because its ended, the nearest shop to me is a 2hr round trip, of which I went down once and they were busy and couldn't see me even though no one was there. Then tried online and am just talking to a bot that is about as helpful as a slug, keep being charged just had another letter through for £46 outstanding I just don't won't this contract it is finished so why are you making it so difficult to end its disgusting and a disgrace, you have taken nearly £100 of me in charges since I have tried to close this account i just want to end this contract

My monthly contract with EE ended in August 2022, However I was not informed by EE that my contract had ended, no Text, e mail or snail mail, I only discovered this last week 18/03/23 when I checked my plan on their app, my SIM only deal in April 23 would have increased to £22.00 per month for unlimited calls, texts and 40 GB data. Fortunately, I have now transferred to another mobile provider that plan is, unlimited calls, texts and 100 GB data for £12. per month. Saving me £120 per annum, this company may be quoted as 'the fastest network in the U.K.' This maybe so, but boy do they make you pay for it!!!!

Exploitative and despicable treatment of their customer base. Hidden charges, "inflation fees" over 10% higher than actual inflation, computer says no attitude to requests for help. Ultimately I regret ever dealing or signing up to EE and will take the first opportunity to get away from them and never use them again. If you're considering a network DO NOT USE THEM!

Run away!, Run away!, Run away!. To all potential customers run away. There is no perfect carrier, but unless you want to experience the amount of lack of care that I did from your carrier, followed by mistake after mistake, after mistake that you have to pay for, run away. I have 2 phone numbers on EE. They have decent value data packages. I wanted to update one of them to get a phone. The sales team sent me the wrong colour phone. After I had to pay to send the phone back, they put the number that was not upgraded on a data only plan (like a tablet), leaving me unable to receive or make calls. Luckily I was close to the end of my billing cycle otherwise I would have been stuck in that situation unable to make or receive calls for the rest of the month. I complained and was promised a £10 credit on my next bill. Not only did I not receive it, but I was charged £30 extra for plan change that I did not request or benefit (the data plan). Also when I made the upgrade I was told that the total invoice will be £56 each month. Turns out it's £56 just for the number I upgraded.

Let's be fair, EE was once (a decade ago) a decent and reliable, service provider. The advent of British Telecom as a main player, has quickly turned EE into a cheating, money-grabbing scam. It is to mobile users and Broadband customers, what Rachman was to privately rented housing.

I purchased an EE mobile broadband device on 14th Jan 2023 - I returned it to the store for a full refund and cancellation of contract with EE 3 days later at the currys store. Its now 10th March and I am still being charged for this contract. I even sent EE a copy of the refund from currys and now this is affecting my credit file. Why EE are you still charging me for a device I only owned for 3 days. Absolutely terrible company and I will be filing a claim in the county courts for damages. I am trying to get a remortgage and my credit file is now terrible!

So over the last month, the level of service from EE is just shocking. I am trying to set up a new apple ultra watch. call the help desk, they said the issue is with apple watch. chat with apple, and they prove that the issue is the EE account. I get in touch with the SMS support team, they confirm that clients can't log into accounts. then they think 24 hours to resolve the issue is acceptable. I am so sorry I bought my iPhone on contract with them.

Greedy, money making company. They increase contract prices every year not in line with inflation. This year being a whopping 14.4% increase. They are disloyal and find anyway to rip you off. An uncaring, selfish company with no customer service or customer loyalty. All they want is OUR MONEY.

Adding 9 pounds to my bill per month literally after upgrading it. From 68 to 77. This is beyond any other network and it is disgusting. I am now leaving EE after being a long-term customer and down grading my phone so another network.

APPAULED, REPULSED AND DOWNRIGHT OUTRAGED. All due to your systems making an error I'm now paying the price. In this current living crisis there was no sympathy, no means to assist just straight up "you're paying for our systems mistake on your account" I've been with EE for many years and never have I encountered such BS with them before. I'll seriously be reconsidering renewing my contract with this company. THE WHOLE WORLDS GOING TO SH!T AND YOU DONT CARE!
