It’s very difficult for me to obtain the invoice from Eezee. Some of my POs are managed by Eezee. If possible, please email me all invoices that are under my responsibility. If possible, I would also like to get the contact information of the Eezee team so I can communicate directly regarding the closing of POs that have already been completed.

We send PO automatically from the system to eezee and we can see the progress, but eezee to vendor it's no really visible for the progress, and sometimes we need to reminder to send the po to the vendor. Please make it more visible like in the web online basis or etc, so we can also see without asking. If you already have please train us to use it. Thank you.

always submit the quotation after RFQ deadline , take more time compare to other vendors and stock normally got issue (delay or no stock ) after we send PO .

We had received an order confirmation, but then we were informed by your sales representative that the requested item has been marked as inactive in your system and is no longer available for ordering. If the item is indeed no longer available, an order confirmation should not be generated, nor should it still be listed on your website. We would suggest that such items be delisted to avoid confusion and similar issues in the future.

Tim Eezee terutama representatif yang melayani kami sangat supportif dalam memberikan quotation yang kami minta. Waktu tunggu kami untuk mendapatkan quotation juga sekitar 1-2 hari kerja jadi kami masih sangat terbantu dengan kecepatan pemberian quotation dari pihak Eezee. Saran kami terkait delivery order untuk barang-barang yang kami minta bantuan Eezee membelikan dari marketplace lainnya, mohon delivery order segera di-email ke pembuat PO agar delivery order bisa segera kami tanda tangani. Juga mohon bantuan agar upload invoice ke sistem Coupa kami dapat segera dilakukan ketika delivery order sudah diterima oleh pihak Eezee agar proses payment dapat dilakukan tepat waktu.

Hi, I will praise that the portal has been a good platform for buyer. Industry experience and the business knowledge and needs are important. For our aerospace industry, we treasure customer service team to understand the quality needs of the aviation world. COC is a must for our purchase. Dedicated or personalized CS team to the specific industry can foster good working relationship and manage expectation well. Sometimes, it takes too long for a return quotation compared to other direct vendors, who can provide within 2 working days. Some platform can provide exclusive prices for corporate customers in their account and this will entice users as a privileged to continue buying from these platforms. Overall, the CS team are polite and helpful but the industries need more technical such as recommendation and personal touch services. Thank you.

I appreciate that Eezee made it easy to submit invoice without a PO, however the team that was handling it kept making mistakes in providing the right catergory that it took many weeks and too many communications just to correct the errors. So for this, I cannot believe the extra time and effort it took on my end to follow up and to eventually have the payment processed to the vendor. I think this is something the Eezee can work on, so that it is a one-time submission, without all that back and forth communications.

HI Logan, Yes I would like to feedback on the delivery for the items:- • The box used to sent the items are not in bad condition and it’s suppose to be for first aid box:- • After I signed the physical copy of the DO, I still have to sign on the tab, double signing for me. Would appreciate you could look into this .
