“Purchased some foam and it arrived damaged, was sent an email saying the courier probably did it and they will make enquiries. Nothing after a week, they fold the form in the the smallest size they can and put it in a plastic courier bag so that’s why it’s damaged. Poor service.”

“The customer service lady I called wasn't helpful, almost rude. The measurements guide is not clear for the rectangle shape cushion eg which is the width and which is the length. She said it didn't matter but it certainly does! Up until calling this company, I thought they looked good company. But she definitely put me off making a purchase.”
