“So far so good, the website is easy to use and pretty self-explanatory, clear advice and direction, payment was easy. Have not received the order yet as I've only just ordered, will raise my rating to 5 stars if everything arrives as expected.”

“I ordered a replacement cushion for my armchair and I went on the recommendations specifically for that use, I was advised to order “firm” it’s absolutely shocking hard as iron, it’s like sitting on a hardback chair impossible to use. When I called to tell them I got a customer service agent that wasn’t very helpful at all,no customer relations I must say, she just told me well that’s what you’ve ordered and there’s nothing we can do this cost me nearly £50 for nothing, I would not recommend to anybody to order from this company”

“What s change, is a website that works. The site is so easy to use all info is explained and made easy to follow. Deciding on which type of foam to order is just so simple, if you are not sure like I was, you use the website to guide you on the best type of foam to select. The price is great with free delivery thrown in could not be better. Would definitely recommend these guys for all your foam product needs.”
