“Delivery was quick, however the pillows supplied do not appear to match either the advertised promotional pillow or the pillow I selected and paid for. I have contacted customer services twice via WhatsApp and both messages have been read but not acknowledged.”

As explained by email, pillow covers, packaging and branding may vary but the quality and internal make-up remains the same, although we understand you were unhappy with the item received. We have since responded directly and offered for the paid pillow to be returned for a refund. Order-related queries are best handled by email so they can be properly logged and reviewed.
