“At first blush the website looks old fashioned - but it is detailed, informative, clear and very helpful. I also rang and emailed to ask for further help and the customer service was excellent (thanks Angie!) I haven't received the order yet, but the website is so clear that I have confidence that I know what I'm getting and have been helped by someone knowledgeable. If only other sites and firms were this good.”
