“Just what unneeded for my elderly dog to stand on so she can get on the sofa! Just hoping she’ll use it -as the old adage said “ you can’t teach an old dog new tricks”! The website is perfect and easy to use. Very please and free p&p. What is there not to like.”

“Maybe a small thing but I ordered a 650mm square foam pad and really meant to order a 650mm round foam pad for a replace my for my dog ‘s bed. I sent an email explaining this and the customer service was excellent, it was no problem and a simple thing to change. Thank for your very “human” approach. I also now have a verb happy dog!”
