“Customer service is easy to do well when things go right........but really it's how things are dealt with when things don't quite go right ! The cushions arrived promptly but unfortunately the size was not right. Just a mix up with measurements. I e/mailed with pictures and the same day it was arranged for Yodel to collect them the next day and then once collected the new ones cut. To have them collected rather than me have to go somewhere is excellent service. Once they were collected the new ones were cut and arrived within 3 days. This was such efficient service and my e/mails were answered so promptly. If I need foam cushions again will I order from eFoam ? Absolutely YES !”
