“Ordered medium foam with a memory foam top in a bespoke size as a mattress topper. I ordered it on the 28th and it arrived 4 days later, I was very impressed and happy. I put it straight on and when feeling I thought it was a bit soft but then all changed when I lay down. I had a very comfortable nights sleep. I'm hoping it will keep its shape but so far I am very happy.”

“Very good response to online enquiry. When I called for guidance on completing the order online as I was having difficulty navigating to the cot safe product, the telephone response was less helpful. I would have been grateful for help in placing and paying for my order whilst I was on the phone, but was told I needed to complete it online. I had to get assistance from a younger member of the family!”
