“Placed an order and realised that I had put wrong measurement so as was busy sent email to rectify only to find that buy time email was received my order had already been processed Very tame apology and had to reorder with no discount offered because email hadn't been read! Would like to use efoam again but not sure now?”

“Hi, although the site is pretty straightforward, I think the diagrams could be a lot more logical. If I choose a window seat design, why is it then shown as if leaning aginst a wall and not horizontal? That made me doubt my choice. Cheers, Dave .”
