“I have used your service before very successfully and always been very pleased. Today I discovered though that you won't send to Northern Ireland and so instead I'm having to have this sent to someone in England who will then send it to me by Parcelforce. Why can you not offer the option of sending by parcelforce as well as whatever your default method is?”

“Rang for advice, very helpful. The ordering process was very straightforward. What I particularly liked is that you give a full price upfront - foam, VAT and delivery all obvious and upfront. Chose you specifically because of this - your competitors offered "cheaper" prices for foam but then added on shipping etc So well done for being transparent. Looking forward to receiving my custom-cut foam. Thanks.”
