“purchased what was supposed to be firm reflex foam but what i received was a soft foam not fit for purpose having problem returning it for refund dont use this firm”

Dear Jackie, We are sorry to hear that you did not find the foam as firm as you had hoped for. As discussed, the Reflex Superior Firm foam is more of a springier feel than the normal High Firm foam. However, our records indicate the correct order was supplied exactly as per your bespoke custom order and as such this cannot be repurposed in anyway. Kindest regards eFoam

“I wanted to update my bedroom chair and as my local sewing shop has ceased stocking foam I was at a bit of a loss as where to go. I googled and clicked on this site and was really pleased with how simple it was, the advice contained within the web pages and the option to have free postage. I am looking forward to receiving the seat pad and getting on with my bedroom project.”
