“A very easy site to navigate and use, entering the dimensions is completely intuitive, no messing about with creating an account, pricing is fair for a one off domestic purchase. Only lose a star because 'motorbike seating' isn't listed. I would recommend this site for it's ease of use.”

“Over all an easy site to use. Looks nice although it could be a bit more modern. I did feel it could have a few more pictures showing what the foams looked like, particularly the ones wrapped in polyfibre, domed ones, etc. I called customers service twice, the ladies that answered were nice but I was hoping they were a bit involving maybe even to try to find out more about what I want it for, giving me more advice and even trying to sell me there and then on the phone. With so much competition out there every customer that call should really be dealt with as a potential sales. Nevertheless I would definitely buy it again from efoam.”

“A generally well-designed website. My only suggestion would be to make the "Foam grades and types" link more visible. I have little experience purchasing craft foam, but this seemed to be one of the cheapest places. Enough information was provided to make an informed decision.”

“I loved the way your website was set out. The shapes of the foams, the variety of firmness, and the options of inches/mm, and especially the immediacy of the picture that emerges once you put in your measurements. I also needed the fibre to cover a headboard just before putting on the fabric, and am sure you stock it, but as I couldnt find the name for it, i couldn't order it, but that was my error. Good webiste though. Will definitely use it again. Donna”

“Overall I am happy with efoams service. They are quick to deliver which is fantastic. However there are a few niggles that are not the greatest. Firstly, as a company based in the Highlands we get hit with the delivery surcharge. I understand this may be due to the couriers that are used but the transport links to where we are based are fantastic, also our current courier classes the whole of the UK as one price zone. So we cant help but feel there may possibly be a better deal for customers out there. Also when the foam sheets are delivered some have fairly significant curves in the edges, especially at the corners, forcing us to have to square off every sheet before cutting it to our specifications adding time and labour to our process.”
