“This is my first order with eFoam and it has gone very smoothly. Their website is easy to use with plenty of choice and the delivery was quick (order placed late Tuesday afternoon and was delivered Thursday lunchtime).”

“Very disappointed. Ordered a small piece of cut foam for a desk in our school which apparently could not be supplied in once piece, we had placed an order on the website where it states it can be cut in far bigger sizes. We agreed that the width could be less but there was no mention of the length. When the item arrived the length was also shorter! I suspect we received an off cut that they wanted to use up. Communication and customer service were not good and no replacement offered. Not resolved to our satisfaction and will not be recommending or using eFoam again.”

“initially i tried to order through your website. but didn't manage this because when i went to the basket the item had a big red cross against it. i assumed that i could not order. i then exchanged emails with Debbie L. and Angie. (the replies came pretty much instantly. .. never experinced that before. (bravo) anyway they confirmed i could order using website and when ignored the big red cross i went on and completed the order”
