“Be Careful... I wanted FIRM foam for my Sofa for my elderly mother who was struggling to get up on soft foam. I called them & on their recommedation i placed order for Reflex Superior (Firm) but when i received it, it is not firm, it is very soft.I called them & emailed them but no one replied. I cased up again & now i have beed told that i should have placed onrder for High Firm foam & they cant help me. Though i placed order on their recommendation, still they dosent want to help. Order no. RC27417287 placed on 19/11/2025”
