Clearly there are a lot of unhappy customers already. I ordered a camera through eGlobal, then after several days received an Email following payment, to tell me that the price had increased and that my account would be refunded. They did refund. I then purchased I higher level camera and after about a week received a despatch confirmation on 23rd April. On 1st May, after several delivery delays from DPD, I contacted DPD to find that it was missing and eventually an investigation commenced. I have received no update from either DPD or eGlobal central, for the status and when phoned DPD received a flat refusal to give me a status. I strongly recommend not to use this company.

I ordered a new phone & paid £600 to Eglobal Central Uk. They promised delivery in 6-8 days. I got an email 3 days later to say my phone is in UK with courier. I got another email a further 3 days later again stating my phone hadn't even left Hong Kong. SIXTEEN days after taking my money, my phone finally arrived. As soon as i opened the packaging i could tell they hand sent me a second hand one. There was no cellophane wrapping around the box, the inside of the box was tore & there was no IMEI sticker attached to the phone. Upon switching on rhe phone i discovered it had faults. I contacted them straight away. They eventually replied to me & guve me rubbish solutions, none of which were useful. I demanded to return it. They wanted proof of the faults. I give them photographic proof & a clear description of where to find the faults. They didn't answer my communication to them. I kept presding & one week later they said they'd organise to lift it. This turned out to be a lie. They next give me a link to a courier firm & i had to organise all of it. I did so & the phone was returned. I got a notification 3 days later that my phone was indeed received by them. I never heard from them after that. 1 week later i asked what was going on? They sent me a video of someone checking my phone. He wasn't addressing any of the faults that i had detailed. They stated there was nothing wrong with the phone & would issue a refund minus £65 for collection & administration. I told them i had provided proof & this was not acceptable. They said they'd check again. 1 week later - same message 'Nothing wrong with phone'. I opened a dispute it with paypal. Heard nothing. Went to escalate it when Paypal said 'an escalated dispute can take 30 days & you can no longer have contact with eglobal about this from this point further' I have heard so many horrer stories of eglobal stopping all communications after a while & just refusing to give anything back that, with anger & bitter regret, i accepted the refund minus their £65. From the moment i paid, to the moment of getting my partial refund back took nearly 2 months (for a faulty second hand phone that i had used for less than 1 day) DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! And God help anyone who has already purchased a phone that develops a fault in the first 12 months. You have no chance! NEVER AGAIN!!!

I have purchased an iPad pro tablet on this website. Everything's gone wrong with my order. First, I have been told they don't have the item in their stock a week after I made the purchase, whenever they have it in the stock they will post it but on the payment page there was a 6-8 days delivery information. I kept chasing my order until I received it 3 weeks after I made the payment. Secondly, I have received a damaged item. Package was perfectly wrapped and there was no sign of damage outside. It was obvious damage hasn't been made during delivery. I contacted with the seller and explained the situation and asked for a refund. They asked me to open a case on their website. I followed their instructions and sent them photos of the damage and told them there was no damage outside, it was wrapped with multi layers of bubble wraps and it wasn't possible to make this kind of damage outside the bubble wrap. They said they will look into it. After dozens of messages sent, they told me, they contacted the courier company, made a claim for me but they refused the claim, they have nothing left to do to solve the problem. I told them I know my right as a Buyer. As a customer it is my legal write to receive what I purchase in a working condition and undamaged if that doesn't occur my payment to be fully refunded. At the end they say, they have no responsibility for the damages happened during delivery and they offered me £5 compensation. I have contacted the courier company to understand what is the situation between them and the Seller. I was shocked with their answer. There is no claim has been made regarding my order. Simply, they lied about it. It makes me think they might already know the tablet was damaged before packaging. I let PayPal knows and open a claim/case. After PayPal involved, I have been asked a letter from an unbiased person, confirming the item has been damaged and it is not as described. I sent the letter to PayPal. Finally, I have sent the iPad back. PayPal was going to refund the money after the delivery confirmation. I was thinking the nightmare is finally ending but no. They sent me an email, they said they received the iPad but it had been damaged during delivery and they sent me the photos of the damage. It was the same damage why I sent it back. I haven't replied them back, let PayPal knows and PayPal refund the money. It took 2 and a half months to get my money back. Their deals are the best you can find online but the way how they work is nothing to do with being professional and they are dodgy. Thanks to PayPal. I don't even want to think what would've happened if I haven't paid via PayPal . Stay away. Do not risk it.

I purchased a Nikon camera from Eglobal… I purchased a Nikon camera from Eglobal at a very good price, it came no problem. Unfortunately it didn't connect to my phone via WiFi which is a function I particularly wanted from the camera. So I sent it back..... That's when everything went wrong, they kept trying to fob me off with lies and deceitful statements. I've had to get Paypal on the case as they are unwilling to fulfill a legal obligation to give me my money back. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT COMPLY WITH UK THE SALES OF GOODS ACT.

The ohone I ordered from this company took ages to arrive. After using it for a few months it doesn't work any more, is completely faulty and doesn't even switch on. Tried to contact customer services and get a refund and they keep avoiding. I probably won't get my money back, and so I would avoid buying anything from this company ever again and advise everyone to avoid them too!

I am in a protracted dispute with this company. I bought a mobile phone from them with a free gift screen protector. The phone did not work on arrival, the phone box had been previously opened and the free gift screen protector was broken. I finally concluded that the mains adapter they sent was faulty and have asked for the goods to be collected and a refund gift as per their terms and conditions. Trying to deal with them is pretty aweful. Never again!

Item wasn't in stock, this is something that should be made aware of before making purchase! they expect me to sit and wait, ive requested refund and item I wanted to buy is cheaper on the manufactures website. I wouldn't recommend this company as they lack communication and good customer service

Absolutely terrible. I want to return some faulty headphones that are still covered under the warranty. But I get no response from them. Avoid them at all costs

Stay well away from this company who are not U.K. BASED. This is not that clear on their website and is one of the reasons they sell goods Cheaper. I brought a google Wifi hub 3 pack and when it came it did not have a U.K. plug just some cheap adapters. One of the routers did not work and I’ve tried to get a refund. Had to send it all back to Hong Kong and hey now dispute that it was faulty in the first place even though I sent video proof. Now they say in can have refund less £50 shipping and a further £15 admin fee. All this to get your money back (well part of it it seems) Unless your prepared to take a hit if you ever need to send it back stay away

Terrible, the worst service and cheat company. I ordered a phone but by mistake I entered wrong billing address so my order was cancelled by merchant. So next day I ordered another phone. Two days later the first order was magically confirmed (even tho cancelled by mechant and never noone asked me to authorize the order after). Money was taken too. No reply from company. I claimed via Metro Bank but got nowhere. Totally super angry that even bank does not support such nonsense cases. They work together with Toby Deals so be careful for both of these cheats.

I have purchased a camera once before from eglobal and it was fine. However, I then (about 2 years later) purchases a phone and it didn't turn up. The customer services id respond a couple of times but basically if there are any issues with delivery they will have you wait for, in this case, 6 weeks before refunding you without even telling you they've done it (they could have made some brownie points there). So if you are used to sellers taking responsibility for their sales, avoid at all costs. I paid more to actually get a phone! Not exactly a scam but a terrible experience...... BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Made an order on the 1st of February and after 4 days received an email that it had been picked up. Some days after that email, still no tracking number received, so asked where it was and was informed on the 13th of February that the order had been shipped on the 14th!!! Wow... Marty McFly is back to the future... I contacted them again and they sent me a DHL tracking that says pick up was requested on the 12th of February and 3 days after is still showing the same. I keep asking them, but getting always the same useless replies as if they are avoiding the truth... Luckily I've used PayPal so I'll be opening a dispute with them, but if I had used CC I would have lost my money... Avoid this company...

It's a complete lottery buying from this company. First bought a £200 mobile from them a few months back and everything was fine, it came within a week and was as described so no problems there. So it seems i was dealing with a good, reliable company and i decided to place an order for a £350 camera as they were way cheaper than UK prices. A day after paying for the item got an update to say all was well and a tracking number was provided. Then things started to go downhill. After waiting for over a week nothing turns up and Yodel was still waiting for the parcel. Email Eglobal to chase the parcel and apparently the parcel got stuck at customs awaiting clearance and their team is forwarding the paperwork to speed things up. Another two weeks gone by and still no sight of the parcel. Tried to email them several times without any response. Submitted a ticket on their site and got an automated response with the same tracking number provided. Basically looking back, all correspondents from this company seem to be pre-made cut and paste replies with no real human input. Is this just a one man/woman operation? My patience final run out and contacted Paypal for help with a refund and after one week my money was back into my account. The bottom line is, this is not a scam company but a company definitely without any customer care should you hit trouble. And always pay with Paypal and not a credit/debit card as they have better buyer protection.

Smart phone order placed on 16 Jan 2019, sent email on 23rd Jan 2019 and got a reply saying that it was out of stock despite 'it' still advertised as 'in stock' in its website. Anyhow got a reply saying that stock 'will be arrived' and dispatch within 2 days, 5 days gone by nothing happened (28th Jan). Contacted Paypal for refund, refund received in 3 days. The bottom line of ordering from 'it' depends on your luck....If you order from 'it', you need to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well do ya, punk?

ordered a phone online - tried to cancel the order as i ordered the wrong model, emailed them 4 times and had no reply. this afternoon i had an email that the product is dispatched and due to holidays (which holidays) we can't give you a tracking number at this point. not sure if they have scammed me - will await few days and if nothing heard will have to call the bank and put a block on the payment.
