“They sent me DOA broken phone and took more than a month and still not sorted. They are asking me to accept a replacement phone whilst I have been asking for a refund. now they confirmed that the phone they sent was broken, they should accept the refund as I don't need it any longer. Do I have to wait for their reply and a new phone for more than a month not buying a mobile phone for work? I don't think so. I even sent video clips as asked to tell them that the phone they sent was not working properly in the meantime. I have copied all the online discussions and video clips and keep it so that I can use it for dispute if they are not giving me a refund of nearly 200 pounds. Another thing is they sent me details of the product they sent, which was broken. It said it was made in Japan. I know it was not made in Japan as if it was made in Japan, there is a way of identifying it as I am Japanese. They even tell a lie of which country made it?”
“No item, very poor customer service (Order #7171290).
I placed an order on the 22nd Nov. I noticed in the tracking information the item hadn't been tracked any further since the 27 Nov. I contacted Customer Services who told me that the the item was stuck at customs and paperwork would be sent by the logistics team to get the item through. I was told they did not know how long this would take. I checked tracking again a few days later, which then stated the item had been returned to the shipper. I contacted Customer Services for clarification. Customer Services responded to tell me that all items returned to Aramex had been resent, no specific information about my item, and that I could apply to return the item once it had arrived - As I didn't ask this I asked for further clarification and new shipping information. I have received none. I was only told again that I can apply to return the item for a refund once it has arrived. The tracking number I have still states the item is being returned to shipper, so I doubt if this has even reached them yet! The Customer Service team have been unable to provide any specific information as to where my item is and I have had to open a case for a refund. It looks as though a lot of people have suffered similar recently and just been told it's been resent with no specifics.
It's likely I will have to try cancel the purchase on my card as eGlobal seem to have no idea what is going on.
First time using this company and would advise you stay clear!”
“I ordered Apple AirPods on 26th Nov 18, dispatched and tracking No received on the 5th Dec, checked on the 6th Dec was returned to Hong Kong from UK by senders request. Contacted company who said on the 6th Dec 18 I would get an immediate refund. 10th Dec 18 email stating that they have sent them again, to late purchased from a reputable UK company! I now have to wait again for their arrival, return and get a refund. Now opened a case with PayPal....what’s sounds to good to be true, usually is!”
“No contact telephone number available just email inquiries. I've been trying for days to contact them after ordering a £180 watch 3 weeks ago. They either ignore the emails or don't commit to a delivery date. They wont give me a refund until I have returned the goods I haven't actually received. I will be pursuing them through the small claims court.”
“Bought a phone my Sons birthday in November 2018. from Eglobal. The phone was sent via UPS and arrived at Tamworth England however it went missing pending investigation. After 3 weeks the phone is still lost with no apology from UPS. When asking for my money back from Eglobal Central they gave me back £10.00 compensation for phone I bought which cost over £120.00. No apology was given either by Eglobal. Please Please buyer be warned. I would not recommend them. Stay clear.”
“No customer service at all. No one replies. The order is staying on hold for already 6 days and no shipping information.
Don't even dare to buy anything without using PayPal.”
“IPAD 2018 ordered in error, as soon as it was ordered I knew there was something wrong as the money went instantly and no communication of any sort from the company. I opened a case with Paypal, but that was back at the start of November (now 3 Dec).
The case got prolonged when the seller stated a tracking number? this has now dragged out the claim.
still no communication from the seller. Just beware you will not get piece of mind like you do with Amazon or John Lewis.”
“if you going to buy use paypal to cover your back on refunds or any problems
I made a order and tracking still stuck at hong kong after 8days and got a case open with paypal so we see in the next 10days if it turns up but worrying thing is ive heard people getting faulty phones and being fobbed off saying theres nothing wrong when they get the item back”
“No communication and no goods but have taken the money wish I had read the reviews before purchase , as others mentioned I thought I was dealing with a UK based company so that says it all really they hide behind a false web address. SAVE yourself the worry and anxiety pay a little extra from
A bonified company lesson learned for me check reviews before purchase”
“The 2 year warrenty is useless, staff lie and manipulate to get out of the warranty they offer on all sales. My £280 sony headphones suffered from a widly known design issue where they cracked and then broke on the headband in less than a year from regular use and never being dropped. This is a known deisgn flaw reported widely online. I explained this to them many times sharing all the reports of the issue online and the staff kept repeating the same inaccurate thing that physical damage is not covered and telling me I dropped them when I didn't. they link to a warrenty which doesn't even mention physical damage let alone physical faults, which is what this issue is about. I did not damage my headphones, the broke. They are liars and manipulative to try and avoid sticking to the warranty they offer.”
“Disgusted. I ordered Bluetooth speaker 3rd October 2018, no delivery no refund. This item was a birthday present.
No response from emails sent to You, no refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDS”
“Its a con, you either get stung with a fake product or wait a life time for them to find a cheaper version which will have world plugs and adapters, their whole terms and conditions are all set up to sting you with admin costs which is probably their biggest profit earner based on the amount of returns or lost orders surrounding them.
Bit gutted that Google allows them to operate, had no idea they were not in the UK until after I purchased. They have a submit button for cancellations, its not working at present, just a dead link, it then states we only accept cancelled or returns via this button.Creditcard cancellation is my option.”
“I'm in the US and it was my mistake that the product I received was a "Rest of the World" version. I am going to send it back, unopened, and within the 14 day refund period. There will be a $20 administration fee and I guess I deserve that for not paying attention. My complaint is that the product was shipped form the US and arrive to me in less than 5 days. eGlobal says I have to send the product back to HONG KONG at my expense. This is going to be expensive and I believe that their return policy should include shipping or at the least the product should be sent back to where it came from, the US.”
