The two agents in the Blackrock store, Conor and Eabha, could not have been more pleasant or more helpful. There was a fair bit of admin to be done, as the transaction was across quad-play and they were cheerful and efficient while they were dealing with it. I also noticed how well they treated all the other callers to the store while I was there - including an elderly woman whom they treated with great courtesy and respect. They're a credit to themselves and to the organisation they work for.

Mobile phone and land line good. Installation was prompt and efficient. Not a fan of the TV service and in particular the programme search is terrible and system seems very outdated.

We finally have good WiFi that's doesn't not cut off when you are in the middle of doing something, alps loads clips up really quickly

I have had several episodes of no service in the short time I've been with Eir, and find it extremely difficult to contact support when this happens at weekend

On receiving a new smart phone i called into Eir store on Patrick st Cork and asked the female assistant to please transfer the sim card to which she replied "we dont do that".later i visited Harvey Norman Kinsale rd and met a very obliging female assistant who was more than willing to help me and when i offered to pay for the service there was no charge.no marks for Eir.???

As a telecommunications company they're not very good at dealing with communicating. I've been waiting since November - actually the matter started way before then & I'm stilling waiting for the matter to be resolved.

Eir user interface is too difficult to navigate. It's a pain. Also your pricing structure seems unclear compared to what was sold on the door step. We gave not made savings.

I was offered a new modem which I was told was an upgrade. I have had a number of problems since. Message was "problem with wireless adapter or access point. Whilst the problem is not happening as frequently since I spoke to your staff member it still persists. This is not acceptable.

all over Christmas I couldn't get skype which is mainly why I have a computer. very disappointing. I was on to eir several times but it is still very bad. they say the line is ;ok but my computer is only bought during the past year so I don't think there could be anything wrong there. I would love to get my skype back . mary disgusted.
