“I have signed up for a 45 euro payment for broadband yet my bill has been 73 euro with no correspondence from eircom as to why this is so high I have no access to the internet in the bedrooms as the service is so bad yet people in our area say fiberoptic is on our street and I would clearly love to change to another server but I am tied into a 18 month contract which is like a prison sentence I have sent an email asking them to explain why my bill is over the 45 I agreed when signing up but of course no reply!!!”

I was also told that I would pay no more than 47 euro pm on my new package this also did not happen.”
“EIR VISION KEEPS ON FREEZING, THE AIR PLUGS WERE REPLACED BUT I STILL HAVE A PROBLEM. THE MULTI BOXES ARE A DISASTER, FROM THE DAY THE SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED BACK IN THE BEGINING OF MAY 2016 I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS. NOT A HAPPY CUSTEMER.”
