“This was unfortunately the worst customer support experience I've ever had. Electric Fireplaces Plus made a mistake with shipping too many tables and I had to reject the delivery because I didn't have any space to handle the 400 lb pallet they accidentally sent. The customer support agent who spoke to me was hostile, aggressive, angry, insulting, and unreasonable in yelling at me about it. I couldn't understand why he reacted in such a hostile way when their company was the one that made the mistake & I can't help that I don't have space to store their mistakenly sent pallet. I ordered the same item from another company and they were wonderful in working with me on the delivery. In addition, they still haven't refunded me for the returned table.”

“We purchased the Dimplex Revillusion and we couldn't be happier. We knew we didn't want to go gas fireplace bc of the costs. But it was difficult knowing where to start with the electric options. “I have only turned on the logs a couple of times and so far I like the affect. The only thing I don't like is the 180 degree plastic part that goes in the middle of the logs to give it the deep effect, you can see it without looking very hard. It would be much better if it was a bit larger so you couldn't tell it was there. I don't know how long the LED lights will last.”

“You have got to be kidding! We bought our electric fireplace on line. We had a professional contractor install it all except the trim because we needed to paint the wall. When we put the trim on , the screws did not line up,and we could get only 3of the 4 in. When we turned it on, the flames are uneven, the remote and buttons don’t work and it blows only cold air. It was suppose to heat an 800 sf room. There is no help on line and our local supplier of you product can not come out until SPRING!! Thanks lot for selling us a very pretty useless foreplace”
