“I was notified of the delivery in advance , and given instruction on what to do if damaged. I appreciated that. My ONLY comcsrn is the unit will not be installed for 30 days, and have no way to check operation.”

“Reviewing prior to installation but I have tested the unit (Modern Flames Landscape Pro Slim 56")and is working perfectly.ordering and shipping were 1st rate. “Our new fireplace is AMAZING! I have been eyeing it for over a year and when we built our addition we framed for the fireplace and covered it with sheetrock. I ordered the fireplace and it arrived the very next day! (Our location happened to be close I’m sure! I was expecting a week!) My husband and I had it installed within a couple hours and it was fairly easy to do! It looks amazing, gives off great heat when we want it to and makes me want to cuddle on my couch every night now! Highly, highly recommend!”

“Modest little insert with very low light and a bit too much noise from the fan. It cost almost as much to run electrical as did the unit. Wish the lighting was a bit more vibrant.”

“Great Company very Helpful and Professional Working with Tyler was wonderful NOW Woodland 27 inch fire logs are not 27 inches I had an engineer A contractor Electrician and Me which I measured 7 times We all measured 24 inches what a disappointment I’m not the type to complain but Woodland 27 inch fireplace is not 27 the diagram they give you does not work out to 27 inches I woodland sent me a new set of 27 inch logs and they were also 24 inches I just feel this is a little bit of false advertising Like Subway and the amount of meat they put on your sandwich I am again very disappointed with Woodland or whatever Company made them so all you customers measure your 27 inch logs and tell me if I am wrong because I am baffled TY Tom C”

“I was looking for this specific Dimplex 48" fireplace and this site was the only one I found had it in stock. Even though after purchase, I was notified it was on backorder but were super quick to update me on the status. Shipping took less than estimated and arrived in good condition. “This is the second time I am using Electric Fireplaces Plus. I am a returning customer because I am all about the customer experience. My first order, from my previous home, was a great experience and whenever there was a question, Tyler was very responsive and knowlegeable about the products. I just bought a new home and remembered how great my experience was the first time so I was just as impressed with the help I received with making a decision with my second purchase. Ironically, Tyler also helped me with this purchase. He answered all questions, followed up with me and when we finally decided which fireplace to purchase, the fireplace was shipped immediately. I do recommend this company for great customer service experience and also because of the knowlege about the products they sell.”
