“I was very impressed with our purchase. After it shipped, I expected it to be a few days for the large package to get to us. Nope. The same day, the delivery company called me to schedule to deliver the next morning. They showed up right at the scheduled time and then delivered the pallet to the location I wanted it. Electric Fireplaces Plus had the absolute best price compared to all other sites I checked and free delivery. It was an awesome purchase. We love the modern flame!”

“we researched for a few months on which fireplace we wanted to get we wanted one that looked as realistic as possible, without spending a ton! this fireplace is beautiful. It heats the room. It looks as realistic as an electric fireplace is going to get the only downside to it is it doesn't make noises like a fire place, some of the more expensive ones do. Other than that it was a great purchase.”

“I recently purchased the Inception Simplifire electric fireplace with the mantle kit, which was the nicest one by far of all the ones I have seen. Extremely realistic flame and the mantle kit is classy and can be painted as you choose to suit your decor. I called many dealers, and Electric Fireplaces Plus gave me the best trade price (I'm a design professional). Currently, I'm in the process of setting my unit up, and while I have high hopes, there've been a few glitches that could have been smoother had I been informed by the sales team about what's involved in the setup. We easily assembled the mantle, which was fairly straightforward. However, when we went to set up the electrical portion, which I was told can easily plug into a standard outlet, it was more complicated. The unit requires a dedicated 220v circuit to run the heating portion, which requires hiring an electrician. Also, the plug itself does not come connected and requires wiring. I called for tech support and was told I should have a licensed electrician do this as well. Basically, I'm excited to actually be able to use the unit, but am disappointed that it requires hiring professionals and running extra electrical lines - this was not what I was told. I will update the reveiw once it's up and running.”
