“I had been a customer of Element Vape for awhile. However, my last 3 orders contained a defective device. They refused to honor their return and exchange policy and their 30 day warranty as well. I will never shop here again and I do Not recommend.”

Even so that I had an issue, Element Vape was very fast to fix the issue; and to leave me a very satisfied customer. I always use Element Vape to order my vape products as they have become my trusted vendor. Almost all of the low reviews about Element Vape are entirely inaccurate in affect of the company; these are complaints about problems consumers have had after it is out of their hands. Element Vape is great and it is not their fault for state/federal imposed regulations and guidelines!”
“Just got a new vape from them with a defective pod because it will not seal where you put liquid in. Makes a huge mess. I contacted them and they sent a generic list of suggestions that did not work or apply. They said pod was not covered under warranty and completely failed in adressing the issue. It's worthless like it is...$89 for a headache. I will have to go somewhere and find a new pod for it. They will not get another dime from me. I think they sold me one that had been returned because there was no spare pod in it.”
“If you from Canada DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I have order many products this is the only site lets you order products that illegal to cross the border. I had no idea as these items are legal in Canada. If you package is looked at it will be taken the fact that they seem to know this and still sell it shows they do not care.
Insurance is useless for Canadian's don't waste your money.

“The worst experience I ever had. Every time I place an order I have to go through an ordeal of proving my age by sending ID, Social Security number, wait for reply and much more. In Amazon age it’s ludicrous! Delivery is a separate issue. USPS is the worst! I’m home after 4pm, and I filed redelivery, and got a final notice which is a separate issue. Their website is not customer friendly, to reorder, I can’t just push “reorder” button, search on my iPhone doesn’t work. I am a very patient person, and this is a horrible experience second time I a row! 1 out of 10 user or customer friendly - is negative 100%. I wrote to them about my experience, no response whatsoever… I take my business elsewhere. They literally suck!”
“This is an amazing website! The Vape store by my haus sold me one of these starter kits for $123.00 . On Element I seriously paid $14.99. I will never buy anything Vape related again without checking with the people at Element.

“Their shipping and customer service is absolutely awful. You might as well never sleep because most likely your package will get delivered at 4 in the morning. And just forget trying to fix it because they will just say "sorry check the missed shipping form on the door" when they use shipping companies that don't know their own name let alone how to do their job. Five star for the product, but three stars for the shipping usually I have no problems with element vape, but this order was $229 and it took almost 3 weeks to arrive the shipper shipx never updated with the package was, and it was almost impossible to get in contact with anyone. Luckily, it finally arrived. I after being paid for 2 May it arrives on 5 May and I am very happy with my order but the shipping considering that I paid for it needs to do a lot better”
“They use shipping companies where they can't even track your package. They claim to have no contact with said companies and will blow you off if you inquire about it. If you order from them, you better not have a job, a life, or be an otherwise busy person because the package could show up at any time and they don't leave any sort of missed delivery form on the door.
I even asked if I could contact the delivery company MYSELF to try to schedule something and they literally told me "we know no more than you do", seriously? I don't even know who is delivering the freaking package...”
“Never had a bad experience with element vapes, and ashame that I have to make the review under this companies name. but the shipping is horrendous and it is the sole reason why I will no longer order anything vape related online. I suppose I feel less bad about the review since EV has useless automated customer support.”
