Put me on the DNR LIST because of their racist employee in 2020 after 19th is years of renting with them mad a false accusation that the police was called on me never happened they support racist behavior from their employees just wanted the black people to know find another company they will also accuse you of damage that you never did to a car be mindful to always take pictures

I need a car for 2 months as my car is being repaired. Insurance set me up with Enterprise. The Toyota Highlander I received was saturated to the core with stale cigarettes. So much so, my 2-car garage reeked the next morning. I picked up the vehicle at the Rodney Parham branch in Little Rock, AR. I had to change my clothes when I got home because my clothes absorbed the odor. The car was also dusty and dirty, with holes in the carpet, and a “Maintenance Required” message on the dashboard. I had no luck getting replacement from the branch that provided the vehicle. I called 3 other branches and none had cars available. I contacted the 800 number from the Enterprise web site. Ra really nice man made me a reservation at the Little Rock airport and I left immediately for an hour drive. I rode in 100° heat with the windows down to avoid the smell. I got there, and was told that the 800# “wasn’t a thing”, and that they didn’t have any cars. After telling them I wasn’t leaving until I got a car (as the line behind me grew), miraculously, I was given the choice of 3 vehicles. I get they are busy. That was evident. But as a self-employed consultant, I lost five hours of my time at $200 an hour dealing with this. Had it been a problem my company had caused, I would have gone to great lengths to right the situation with my customer. Instead, I was treated as a bother. And, who will compensate my lost time? I will never do business with enterprise again. I had to leave one star to write this review.

I went to rent a car at the 23306 location and was told i needed to pay $300 deposit w/ every rental. I have never had to do that. I will not be returning

We had a confirmation. They did not honor it at the location. No calls would go straight to the other area locations so there was no way to reserve without physically driving to other locations…. When you have no vehicles.

We reserved a truck from them about a month prior to the day we would be needing it. We were to pick it up at 9 AM on a Saturday morning which was one day earlier than we actually needed it but, the facility in Alexandria, LA is closed on Sunday. We arrived promptly at 9 and were told it was in the shop getting an oil change and would not be ready for 2 or 3 hours. I called their Customer Service who basically told me that they could not do anything about it but suggested we return at 11:30 and sit in the lobby and wait because yeah, they close at noon on Saturdays too. We went back to their office and were told that they no longer had the vehicle as they had rented it to someone else. You can call the location if you feel like wasting your time but, no one answers the phone. These people run this business in a sloppy, shoddy manner and do not care about their would be customers at all. They get paid for being there not for making people happy. People rent cars for a lot of different reasons, some because of a family crisis or situation. This was a very emotional set of circumstances for us and they just plain don't give a (bad word here).

Ethan manager at the enterprise and Matthew sucks! The worst customer service I’ve ever been a part of and I’ve been in Louisville longer than he’s been alive (Does he even know who Danny Crum is?) He’ll bait and switch you he’ll tell you he told you something even if you weren’t around his head is so far up the corporate ass. You’re not gonna get a deal. You’re gonna get bait and switched w a lot of $$ BS! anywhere else is will b better deal! Hertz Avis, Was a lot nicer And professional ! Ethan/Enterprise in ST MATTHEWS is Serving nothing but 💩!

STAY AWAY!!! Enterprise has been compromised and is still happening Googled for head office phone number and got 1-888-791-2757 Called this number and they answer Enterprise car rental and had my personal info and rental info with only giving them my name long story short the asked me to get a cash prepaid visa to pay for the rental and I'd get a discount. I informed the branch that I made the reservation with and the real head office and I haven't heard back from the after several attempts.

I needed a van rental in the UK without credit card. All over enterprises website they state ‘debit and credit cards accepted’ so I hired with them, paid, then when it came time to pick up the vehicle we were not allowed as we had no credit card. Staff were unhelpful. When it came to getting a a refund they said it would take 14 DAYS!!! To process. They took the money straight away but when they couldn’t provide the advertised service they take 2 weeks to refund. After 14 days was up and still no refund, they say it has been refunded on their system and they need to contact their team in USA to sort out the matter. They could do better

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! they will fraudulently try to claim damages on a vehicle, even though proof of damages existed prior. They will try to bill your credit card directly instead of going through the travel insurance purchased.

Jackson NJ location with Kyle and Chris as outstanding service ambassadors was key to an efficient, easy, well planned rental. I really needed a comfortable vehicle to transport an elderly MIL and they delivered 5 star!

I went to rent a car from you today. Everything went great until I had to pay. You terrible, outdated POS system couldn't read the chip on my card, and I was told that swiping the card wouldn't work, nor do you have a tap option. You lost an almost $400 sale because your outdated POS system only has one option for card payment. That is just absolutely pathetic for a company as big as yours to have such inefficient, outdated technology. Absolutely pathetic. 🤦‍♂️ Location was in Bala Cynwyd, PA. This happened on 7/30/24 The employees were great. This is not a complaint against them, but a complaint about your horrible technology.

I have used enterprise many times with good results. Monday July 29 was exception to the rule. I inquired at the closest branch, 12 miles, and was told there was no availability there but the location 20 miles away in North Myrtle beech had a car. I call there and was told there was no car available, I would have to cab a 1 hour drive to Myrtle Beach airport. I booked on line and got reservation 1468368823. Name Nathan Gibson. I forked out $130 cab fare and was en route when I got a call from enterprise saying they did not have a car. I told them I had a confirmation. They said sorry, no car, nothing they could do. No more enterprise for me.

My resent rental with Enterprise in Schenectady, NY state street location was fantastic. The entire staff was so attentive from the beginning walking through the entrance to my returning / drop off. the vehicle that was selected for me was perfect as i traveled with golf clubs and a family of 4 of us. Normally, i pick up at the airport where it can feel like a number, take it or not. This is and annual trip for me and forthcoming i will continue to choose this location and hopefully the staff remains. If there was a negative, i would say that the vehicle could have been a little cleaner, not that it was dirty just a bit used which i feel is understandable in today's work environment post covid. i do recommend this location for your car rental.

Where do I begin! Supposed to pick rental up at 11, they call at.1045, they don’t have a suv for us. Then give us a line that there is recall on wagoners . State that they had to go to a town an hour away pick the car up and then go to airport to have it serviced (a wagoneer). So three hours after we are supposed to have a rental my husband calls for the third time. Oh yeah your rental is here. He gets there, the girl says the person that does all this stuff is on vacation. Husband was nice, ok. They say we will mark you empty so you won’t have to fill up before bringing back. He gets in car, the car is truly empty. He tells the people, he has to wait for it to be filled up. He brings the car home, it smells like a bag of weed, it’s dirty. Ok we can deal with that, and we all got a good buzz (kidding). Get going down the road realize there is a knick in the windshield so he tries to call local place on hold for thirty minutes . Finally calls 1800 number they document it so we don’t get dinged. Then, we realize the tire back driver side light on air loss, stop to fill air in tire. Get going couple hours loss of air again. We FINaLLy get to where we need to be and go to a store, see a nail in the tire. At this point my husband is so stressed . No one can get us in to fix it right away. We call enterprise they say we can reimburse you if you get it fixed or trade it in at a local enterprise. My husband tells the he has a premium suv, they say they have one at the local airport. He gets there “no sir we don’t have a premium suv for you” now he is calling around trying to find a place to get it fixed. The rental car should be the least of our worries on our family vacation, but it has been the biggest stressor. Very disappointed . We are genuinely nice and patient ppl. This has just been a nightmare . Do better please

THE WORST CAR RENTAL PROVIDER" You get to learn a lot about a business or a company by the way they treat the most vulnerable customers and the minority in our society. "Yes I'm talking about Enterprise car- rental" I had a horrible experience using their services, as for the customer service well there just as bad or probably worse. No sense of customer care at all Took over a month to resolve an issue of their own doing but still had the audacity to take money out of my card credit unbelievable. Give me a van with an outstanding charger from a previous driver then charge me the admin fees, then forwarded my personal detail to the third party company to come after me for the outstanding penalty chargers. Seriously "You cannot make this up" unbelievable. Then radio silence for weeks on end, in the event you manage to get hold of someone at Enterprise car - rental customer services, then it's pass the parcel time. Because the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Then as paying customers we're meant to believe this is the best car rental company in the UK. Wow shocking I would advise anyone using Enterprise car rent service should exercise quotation and be very careful. don't let the glits ad fool you. Shout out to my bank HSBC BANK for helping me get my money back from this scammers . Enterprise car- rental just in case your company/organisation develops some amnesia a quick reminder. The people I worked with at Enterprise North Pleasantburg were great. Justin and Chris gave me great service and clean cars. My problem was with Enterprise in general. It started the day I called the 800 number and was told I could pick up a car the next morning, Friday July 5th. When I got to the store in Brevard I was told that they had no cars available and wouldn't until the following Thursday, the 11th. That's when I found out that no one outside of the individual branches knows what cars are available. Certainly no one at the 800 number was any help. It turned out the individual websites could help and found out that there were no cars available within 100 miles of me. I located one at the GSP airport. Since we had such bad luck and my husband didn't want to drive for an hour and a half to find out the website information was wrong I called and confirmed that the car was there. Only when I got there it turns out Enterprise airport locations don't do insurance. We found a place to park and made some calls. I started with the store on Woodruff, and they were very pleasant even though they had no cars. They thought I might do better at North Pleasantburg and they were right. There was one car available and they would hold it for half an hour. We got lost but still got there in time. There was someone at the counter who wanted the car and had a reservation for an hour later. There was a car coming back from an oil change and they asked him to wait for his reservation time because they had already committed the only car on the lot. I got the car. I was very grateful. Chris asked me if the car was well cleaned and it was pristine. There was a packet of sanitizing products in case I was concerned about anything later. I had to pay over what State Farm would cover because it was bigger than they covered but I was happy to have a car since I only had two days to access my totalled car to remove my belongings. I had hoped to turn it in for a smaller vehicle after that but again, nothing was available. So. I'm very happy with the service from Justin and Chris but even though I've used Enterprise for several years in several states because of your willingness to bring a car to me and not make me find a ride, I don't think that will make up for the time and trouble this rental caused me.
