Gabe is an individual that I watched on more than 1 occasion go out of his way to make sure things were set in stone & understood with customers. He was quick but very professional. Not many people can multi-task as smoothly as he does things while maintaining a smile while he does it. Very Impressed with his caring for he customers. We need more like him to coach others to be excellent employees like GABE! (Burleson, TX location)

Insurance quote vehicle prices. I waited for a week to ensure it would get that price. So when I went to pick up car only suvs was available which was higher cost. The first one was dirty inside and the tires was worn out. So they starting offering me the upcharges for about thirty or forty more per day. I think it is sad that they want the rental to paid for wear and tear of their car. I had full coverage on my vehicle so why would I pay for more insurance. Checking all fluid do not ensure I safety on the road.

Rented a luxury car and when I got there at the location, I was told we don’t have luxury cars here. I asked why is it on the website for here then? And they said that’s corporate. Sounds like a bait and switch. Thought that was illegal.

I was sent to Enterprise by another insurance company after being rear ended. We had a mini vacation planned for my family of 6 which all fit in the car I normally drive. At Enterprise I was told the insurance only approved a smaller vehicle that would not seat 6. It was not at all comparable to the Denali I was driving.I felt that nothing that week was going my way and just kept getting worse. After explaining this and the situation to Matt located at the branch on Southwestern blvd location he was just amazing! He completely understood my frustration and sympathized. He quickly started searching for a vehicle that could seat my family of 6 and was comparable. I thought there would be an additional charge and I would have to fight with the insurance company but he took care of EVERYTHING! Even with these issues he found me another vehicle in about 10 minutes and had me on my way in another 10 minutes. When my boyfriend and I dropped the vehicle off even though he was with another customer. He politely excused himself just to come over and ask how everything went, if my car was repaired properly, how I liked driving the Nissan Pathfinder, if the cleanliness etc etc was all up to par. Which it all definitely was. He then gave us his card incase we ever need anything in the future. Not only do we suggest this branch but we specifically suggest speaking with Matt if you have the chance. He will make sure everything is as smooth as possible and seems to be more than happy to help his customers also. It’s hard to find good employees and he definitely is one.

I was in on Wednesday and Mike took care of me. I needed a bigger pickup truck and they didn't have one in but he made it right and hooked me up and gave me a good deal and I was on my way. Thanks again Mike for making it right and he was extremely busy crazy busy and he kept his cool, he had a great attitude and was very nice guy! He does his job very well!

St Louis, got to the rental office and they wouldn't accept my bank card. Reserved the car weeks prior. Literally had to sleep in the airport overnight and wait for another rental place to open. They were very rude Looks to me like Enterprise is now the lowest place to rent cars. They suck.

We reserved a car a week in advance and the day before pickup they canceled our reservation. We were willing to go to another location, but they said they would call back and never did. When we called back they were rude and no help. We had already booked hotel and scheduled meetings. Our loss and enterprise was no help!

I made my reservation for a 12 passenger van in March for June. With no forewarning by text,e-mail,or telephone my reservation had been canceled. They made no other arrangements for a van rental for my family trip. The enterprise in Victorville has poor customer service and ruined my trip. I am still waiting for a call or response from the management team. I think it will never happen

After my reservation was set up by my insurance company and confirmed by me, Enterprise left me standed after I turned in my truck into the body shop. I was lied to from the manager at Enterprise, I called the corporate office, launched a complaint and was told that someone would call me. I am still waiting for that call. WORST customer service I have ever had and I use to travel alot. I would never recommend Enterprise car rental to anyone!

Rented a car from enterprise, the car has problems try to exchange the car. But can't see to get the right answer. No one can fix it. Have kids thats what makes it wort. Don't rent from them again

I had worst experience renting car with enterprise. I booked 7 seated SUV 4 days before the trip, and on the day of trip they said they do not have the vehicle. The customer service was so unprofessional, which ruined our planned family trip. 😡

I rented a SUV through Costco Travel and was late picking up the car, so they gave my car away. I was late due to other meetings and when this happened in the past with other Car rental companies I received a call. All I can say is I will never rent from Enterprise again and I rent often.

I was 1800 miles from home . I had rented cars from thrm with out a credit card then they told me I had to have one. The girls at Gladstone Oregon are awful it was pooring down rain and she made ne walk what a shame that they have rude people and if you don't have a credit card then forget it

Matt and staff in Georgetown South Carolina was awesome, they treated me with respect and they were very nice each time I went in I would highly recommend them and will use them in the Future. Great Guys to do business with.

I would give zero stars if it was an option. Rented a truck for a funeral 1,365 miles from home. Set it all up to pick up at airport. Was told AT PICKUP that I needed a credit card to pick up. I said that I wasn't told that when reserving and she said I should have read the fine print. I asked her what I could do as I was 1365 miles from home and 2 hours away from where I needed to be for FIL Funeral. She said not really her problem. As I was trying to figure out what I was going to do I got emotional. This women pointed me out to a coworker and laughed... what poor customer service.

Do not rent from enterprise. Rent-A-Car was a horrible experience. I didn’t drive the rental car 20 miles. It overheated took several calls to get a wrecker driver. then they sent me to a closed enterprise branch in the airport at one in the morning an hour from home had to borrow a vehicle to get another replacement car from enterprise then about a month and a half later they sent me a bill for $3700 saying that I damaged their vehicle that I was an accident which I was not so I am. I’m fighting it because it was not me. I would hitchhike before I run from enterprise again thumbs down save yourself. Don’t do it.

I would give 0 stars if I could to this disgrace of company. I rented from them in April and there was minor damage to the vehicle. I was happy to fill out the claim and told by the branch that because the damage is minor, I should receive some money back from my initial deposit. 2 weeks later and after going back and forth with not just the branch (full of incompetents) and head office (just pass the blame to someone else) and the damage claims department (assured me they couldn't do anything, more incompetent staff and unhelpful behaviour), nobody has helped me to date with my issue, but rather, stolen my money. This company is run my crooks and thieves and they clearly act incompetent in order to take your money. I am 100% due a refund after the damages didn't amount to the entire deposit, but everyone is either actually terrible at their job, or it's done with malicious intent. I have been run in circles by this miserable company and wasted my time trying to get the rest of my deposit back. As if I don't have anything better to do? And it's not a small amount of money either. Absolute disgrace, do yourself a huge favour and avoid at all costs. All departments, local branches, head office and the damage claims will be completely unhelpful and pass you onto someone else. NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. The incompetent is utterly staggering and I don't know how they are still in business.

Place sucks rejected Cash and two debit cards different credit union then smiled àt me. Wtf. Ps U-Haul accepts debit cards. Back in the day would've decked that punk SE7EN pre dicktion out of business in a year go Florida Panthers oo9ooo wait too soon????? Lol

My rental broke down. I called roadside assistance three hours later. No one had come so I called back. There was no record that I even called then they sent me to the airport in the middle of the night at one in the morning to closed enterprise I had to work next morning still no car I had to borrow a car to go pick up another rental from them, I used it for about four days returned it and about a month later I got a bill for $4000 for the original rental car that had overheated heated on me do not rent from enterprise. I will never again I think I have to go to court over this 4000 hours , I was an accident. I was not in ridiculous horrible horrible experience. Don’t do it. I will hitchhike first. The gentleman who rented me this vehicle remembered me remembered giving me a discount because it had overheated when I told him about this $4000 bill he told me it was his hands
