“AMAZING company. Super fantastic customer serfice. About 80% of my wigs are from here. I reccommend them at every con I go to. The only wigs that would fit when I had my hair. I pretty much only buy from here.”

“Both wigs I have purchased (helios & apollo) for cosplay from Epic cosplay seem to be good quality with no complaints on my end. Also I received both orders in a very reasonable time frame from the order date.”

“I love this company when I need a bright, thick wig for a character. Their vibrant colors are great for any character with an unnatural hair tone. They are always quick to ship too!”

“I think the fibers are really nice, the wigs are thick and the construction is clean, and they ship things pretty fast.. but there's so many inconsistencies I can't in all good conscience leave higher than 3 stars. Not being able to change your email yourself and still even after getting my email changed recieving emails to my old email is exhausting and annoying.”

Thank you for your review. We checked our records. We officially changed the email address on your account on Aug 11. If you see our previous email, you will see that too. But the order was shipped out on Aug 10th, which was before we changed the email. So the shipping-related updates were still connected to the old email. Thank you so much for your understanding.

“I love Epic Cosplay. Have been ordering from them for about 7 years now. The fibers are super thick and you get a lot more for your money than you do with a lot of other retailers that overprice for thinner wigs.”

“The wig is amazing--the fibers have been really easy to work with, and as someone who used to not go for epic cosplay wigs, this wig has me really sold on them. Additionally, the customer service is better than anything I've experienced in a long time. I was in a panic after I couldn't find a wig I needed for a con in two weeks, and when I explained that, they sent the wig out within two hours of me ordering, and it was in my hand 2 days later. What could have been a really distressing experience for me turned out to be great (esp cause this wig is better than the one I lost!). So Seriously, great wig, create customer service, 100% will use again.”

“Epic Cosplay is always really great to work with, I've loved the wigs I've gotten from them!!! Only thing that drops a point is that the clips on one of my wig pigtails broke off on the first use. This is the only issue I've ever had with them though and I will still definitely recommend this company to other cosplayers! These wigs tend to be very nice, fairly thick and comfortable. I also love the colour options!”
