“I ordered a Kalita wave 185 and it took several days to ship and about a week and a half getting here. Plus you charged me an outrageous amount for shipping. I would have been better off ordering it soon Amazon. No shipping cost anf wouldnhave been here in a day. And same price.”

“Espresso Parts has all the spare parts to fix even older-generation Espresso machines like mine. (Pre 2012 Ascaso Dream). I can troubleshoot and repair a simple Machine like mine and keep it running for a long time with parts for a fraction of what a new machine costs.”

“We ordered glass espresso cups and had our client's logo imprinted on them. Our event was last night and all the guests LOVED the cups. The founders of the brand would not stop raving about them. Erin did such a great job helping us execute this order in a short timeline. We are so appreciative of all their hard work and responsiveness. Looking forward to working with them again!”
