“Accurate information on website, helpful customer service, parts fit expresso maker beautifully. Shipping was done quickly. However, it did take quite a while for receipt of items. If you are in a hurry, it may require expedited shipping. Overall, very pleased.”

“I received the wrong filters for the cold drip systems. I was completely out so I have no choice to use them and cut them to fit the 6-8 cup chamber. I double checked and I did correctly order the correct size”

“We have two Rancillio Silvias which I purchased new around 2006 and with parts that you have supplied, we have been able to keep both operational and one is always used daily. I do not really need a spare, but I have one. Appreciate you being available and willing to advise on repairs. This not the first time we have used you and I am sure it will not be the last. Jim”
