“I ordered a starter motor from Euro car parts, which subsequently I did not need, Realised the error an hour after ordering so cancelled the order Eight days later, I’m still having to ring and go on online Chats to try and get my £142 back. very poor customer service and no communication between departments, keep getting text messages and emails about picking up the starter motor even though apparently the order has been cancelled!”

“Firstly the good bits, Euro Car Parts had the parts I needed in stock locally, ordering as always was simple although I don't know why brake discs aren't sold/priced in pairs; the staff were courteous and efficient on collection. The not so good bits, inflation may be coming down but prices are not, brake discs and pads are now expensive items, nonetheless for brakes I prefer to have a recognisable brand and paid a premium for Brembo parts only to discover on collection that they were made in China, I may as well have paid a lot less for parts made in India.”

“Well I always thought this company could be reliable but unfortunately on this occasion that hasn’t happened I ordered my pads and discs over 2 weeks ago the pads arrived a week later I’m still waiting for my discs and have had to reschedule the fitting when they finally get here or not ? I have messaged but no response back crazy set up not a happy customer”

“Frustrating company to deal with. Made an order of an item they list in stock, few days later cancel the order saying no stock. Check their site a week later, item showing in stock, make order and order gets immediately cancelled saying no stock. Pretty poor in this day and age to not actually to be list correctly what is in stock and isn’t. Unreliable company to deal with.”

“Ordered a part, receiver email that the part will be delivered in the afternoon at 4 pm. Went there the nexy day, part still not there. An employee took my phine number and told me that they will call me when the par artives as they have to order it again, never hearf from them since. Also that part, been paid already online”
