“Ordered a set of windscreen wiper blades for VW T-Roc all as specified for year and model. Collected order, the front set of blades were a straight swop for the original. The rear blade would not fit due to a different fixing. I received a refund and was offered an alternative Bosch blade at more than twice the price. I declined because I was not entitled to the 20% discount promotion that had been applied to my original order because this order was less than £25.”

“I bought a Karcha WD3 vacuum cleaner air filter and a oil filter for car VW Touran. Both are good so far. It was really straight forward and simple process throughout online ordering. Both items could be ready on the next day after order completion. The staff at collection point is friendly. I didn't have to wait for long, though 2 other customers were in front of me. It took me less than 20 minutes to successfully collect my order. The staff is experienced and worked efficiently. I will continue buying from them.”

“I purchase the engine oil online from bow euro car parts and I was stuck in the traffic I reach to bow euro car parts at 6:01 the guy told me the shop is close i reach there 1 minute late from the closing time I understand but id he explain it tomorrow me nicely and he was so rude not professional!!! I am manager in resturant I know how to talk to customer but that two guys was so rude I only want that you guys gave him feedback how to talk to customers thanks”

“I ordered a spare tyre for my own car , the kit that arrived for the money was excellent. A get you home spare , jack and wheel brace , bag for dirty tyre , gloves, warning triangle, yellow vest , poncho, head torch , kneeling mat . Plus four extra lug nuts . All for the price of a replacement full size tyre . Very happy.”
