“I had a wonderful experience with Everpresent! They helped me preserve precious footage from old 8mm, vintage photos, VHS's and family albums. Here is a quote received from a first cousin who viewed lost 8mm footage of her parents wedding. "Wow!!! I just started to watch some of these films would never get to see in my lifetime....my heart is open and sadness can no longer communicate with my mom...however...loved the wedding footage where your mom wiped the tear as my dad was happily crying just being married to my mom. You have given me a lifetime gift I would never have gotten to view this glimpse from the past." I got many other responses that were similar to this. Just to get one response made this project all worth it. Thanks Everpresent for making it all possible!”

“Everpresent digitized my old video tapes from college and they did such a great job! I was really impressed with the quality of the videos and the turnaround time was fast. I love that I have the videos digitally, both online and on a flash drive. The Everpresent team was so professional and knowledgable.”

“I wish that, before 2 cd’s and one thumb drive were recorded, that someone would have called me to tell me how poor the quality of what was on my cassette I paid $70.00 and NOTHING is worth listening to”

William, thank your for your note. We were disappointed with this recording as well. With your order, we included a Quality Letter letting you know that about these issues. Unfortunately the original audio recording was quite poor - and was then compounded by level-five deterioration. To get what we got out of this footage took a significant effort by our team, including complimentary digital restoration to get even the faint recording we managed. We are very sorry that you were disappointed, but please know that in these situations we do everything possible to recover the footage, and always include the Quality Letter so you know what to expect when you get home with your digital items. We thank you for your business and assure you that we did everything possible for these recordings.

“My experience with Everpresent was professional and courteous. Janessa took time to explain the processs and the end product was what I expected. It was a difficult project as they had to digitize voices from very old recordings and the result was priceless as I heard my father’s voice singing to me at age 3 months in the year 1942. These meaningful moments captured by Everpresent cannot be duplicated and were the best 76th birthday present Ever!”

“I had a very frustrating experience. I submitted photos for a montage, and gave my approval for a first draft, well in advance of my needing the montage. They never got back to me so I finally called and they said "oops!" Then they sent me an unacceptable first draft (which, when I pointed out the errors, they agreed was not OK)- they sent a second draft and I had a few edits and they said they would charge me because I hadn't made those changes on the first draft. That was because they made the changes I wanted to edit AFTER the first draft. In the end, they agreed not to charge me, but the whole experience was unpleasant.”

“The services EverPresent provide are important and meaningful, but what really elevates their rating in my mind is their customer service. I've had the pleasure of working with members of their team (shoutout to Jody and Margaret) on several family projects and they CARE. They work hard to build a relationship with you, understand your family needs and then execute on a plan with great detail, keeping you informed every step of the way. When it comes to something as valuable as family memories, there is no place I'd recommend more highly than the team at EverPresent. Well done!”

“The work of transferring tapes to a digital storage format was well done. I was surprised, however, that when I asked a staffer several basic questions about iMovie, he was unfamiliar with the software and was not able to provide a list of local people who could assist with the final editing and polishing. That's a service you ought to consider adding.”
