“Everpresent did a terrific transfer of an historic Bidu Sayao recording. The sound quality is excellent, and my husband and I are enjoying the CD immensely. A suggestion: perhaps there's a way that Everpresent could offer identification of the tracks as per the original album.”
“For audio transfer of reel to reel tapes to digital format they were not great.
They don't seem to listen as they go so if something starts at one speed and later in the tape it is at another speed they don't catch it. Had to have tapes redone and they still weren't right. I gave up. I wish they would let you sit down with the tech so you can really explain to the person doing the transfer.”
“Every phone call, meeting to drop off film etc. and follow up I've had with the Newton, Ma. location has been met with patience and understanding. I'm totally appreciative of the preservation of memories they have provided.”
“Excellent Communication and Great Customer Service.
Files were well organized on the DVD.
Fast & friendly service - will use again to preserve more memories!”
“Everpresent converted an audio tape of personalized original music to a CD. The quality attained was "miraculous" considering the age of the tape which had only been played once and was left in an old seasonally used farmhouse for 45 unheated winters. Having the tape in playable form is a treasure for the rest of my days.”
“It would have been helpful to have known the approximate time to obtain the finished product. The job took longer than I had anticipated.
Excellent representative and results!”
“The 65 year old 35 mm film I gave the company to digitize was, they explained, mold damaged. That was certainly beyond their control. But they digitized much of the film anyway, producing a drive which was 80% incomprehensible imagery. I had to scroll through junk to find the little that could be salvaged. Why didn't someone edit out the useless imagery?”
