The turn around time was not a problem to me but it would have been nice if it was a little faster”

“My reel to reel audio tapes were at 2 speeds, 3 3/4 and 7 1/2; but you transcribed at 1 speed, so that some of my recordings are often either too fast or too slow to understand. I should have told you, but forgot this as it has been over 50 years. In retrospect, I should have paid more for you to go through the tapes in more detail. I know it was a hard job, but I just thought you would transcribe everything and I could easily find what I wanted.
Also, the labeling on the CDs was not as accurate as it could have been. But in the end, Everpresent has been very good in working with me to correct these problems. Robert Bryan. robertebryan@hotmail.com”

“I had my father's old films out on dvd with EverPresent. The film was from the 1960's to the mid 1970's. So about 60+ years old. They did a great job and when we gave my dad the dvds for Father's Day he was very pleased. He has dementia and was very happy to watch some of the best years of our family's life! I would highly recommend EverPresent with such precious memories. I was definitely nervous at first, but they really kept me in the loop!!”

“First impressions are normally last impressions. The process and procedures are explained on the web site and further if you need more help during the phone review. The only negative was the order was not completed as stated in the phone review. I was quoted a thumb drive and 1 DvD disk. What I received was 2 DvD's. Since there is no direct call to customer service I had to leave a VM. About 7 days later I received a call stating the invoice did not show thumb drive, only DVD's. My email copy was correct and the mistake was on there end. However a thumb drive was created for me at no charge. I do recommend that you call the drop off store first before picking up your stuff, once you been notified its ready.”
“The transfer of Super 8 film to digital was done very well and I'll gladly send some more to have transferred, however the process of doing it appears to be a bit bureaucratic. For example, I am not sure why consultation is necessary again after the first job is done.”
“I was pleased to find a service like this close to home. I felt confident that my old family movies were safe when I could drop them off and pick them up rather than mailing them. Communication was great in the beginning but dropped off until I wrote to ask what was happening. I think I got lost in the shuffle. End product was about what I expected and will need lots of editing to be ready for prime time.”
“I had broken an old VHS tape of a band I played in 27 years ago. It was the only link to that group of me and my then bandmates. Everpresent repaired and digitized that tape and despite the poor original quality, made it watchable again. The Everpresent reps I dealt with were knowledgeable and very friendly. My one little nit to pick is the project took more than twice the amount of time to complete than the original quote. All in all, thank you Everpresent for bringing back an important part of my past. I will not hesitate to refer you to others and use you again should the need arise.”
“Overall I was happy with the conversion of videos to digital. However, I was disappointed that one video had a lot of "shaking" in the digital format. While a written description explained the cause of this it would have been nice if I had been called and asked if I still wanted it. I think it was more than moderate shaking. I called to talk to someone about it and no one ever called me back.”
