“Everpresent did a great job with my tapes. Only issue is the price which is a little expensive. But I found 2 more tapes which I am sending to transfer to DVD so it's not too expensive lol”

“I worked with just8 mm.com. The finished product looks good. We’re happy with it. The price was reasonable.The only complaint I have is the communication. I never got an answer on a phone call, Always voicemail. And some communication by email. You couldn’t just call and ask a question. My impression was that’s just how they work, and I just have to deal with that. Other than that, it was fine.”

“The work I contracted you to do was very well done but my order took much longer to complete than promised. I was told it was a clerical error. The first deliverable to copy a dvd and a vhs tape was to be ready on 10/10 . It was finally completed on 11/4. If not for the assistance of Kate D at the main office, I'm not sure when it would have been finished. The actual quality of the work was very well done.”

“Too expensive by about 25%. Too long to complete by about two weeks. Titles of products (on DVD, thumb drive, etc.) should match the words describing the products in the cover letter - exactly. I have already recommended your company, so the comments above are not major.”

“I got better results off some of my more problematic tapes from ever present than I did from Legacy Box. Every present was more expensive… And the communication with every present wasn’t quite what I was led to believe when I placed my order. No one contacted me and told me they were going to be issues with my tapes which I only learned when I receive them at my house. I think Legacy Box has a better online systemOf updating you during the process.”

“Excellent VCR digitizing service. Representatives are always responsive and courteous. Experienced a few glitches with transfer of account upon staff change and with posting one digitized video. Both promptly attended to and remedied. Overall, I experienced a most welcome culture of customer service.”

“Professional, but I was not prepared for how poorly the cd came out. Long stretches of no picture or sound or both. I trust your work,but am hesitant to convert any more of my family vhs tapes.”

“I was told it would be 1-2 week turn around. After 2.5 weeks I called for an update. Received a call back that Friday at 5 that my order could be picked up on Monday, so essentially took > 3 weeks for my order. I know things get busy but a phone call or email would be appreciated. The code they gave me did not work for online viewing and I was almost locked out. I like supporting local business so will use them again but leave additional time for my order.”

“It is a somewhat difficult finding your location from Cambridge, 128 can be a challenge. The link to my archives was very frustrating with all those numbers needed to advance. I gave up. The slides were well handled and easy to edit.”

“Hi , the idea is great to have all my pictures together on one Place . The service you provided was ideal . The representative was very helpful as well .the only thing I was disappointed was that I had lots of pictures repeatedly reappearing and I did not understand why ? In general I was very happy ! “Young lady who worked on my project was very helpful and kept me up to date. We did have problem because some of the slides were of a different size so the cost of the project did increase. To bad I did not know this when I submitted the project. Overall I was satisfied with the work”

“The friendly and knowledgeable staff explained the options for conversion of old family films and VCRs to CD. The quality of the conversion was good but more expensive than I expected. I also paid more than I planned on when I returned for additional copies of the same CDs. I will use the company again and recommend them but be prepared for an expensive service.”

“Great transfer, and left things as raw audio. Could've used a bit of extra inspection, as they confused some in piece pauses for track breaks. A suggestion for raw audio from LP or cassette: whole side rips. (Or if they do that on request, I will make that next time.)”

“Was a little disappointed that the films were not in sequential order Some views were really low quality but we need to take some responsibility for that I’m happy to have them all in one place and I would like to continue with you but the price is a little too much for me right now Thank you for your service”

“Had vinyl LPs converted to CDs. Everpresent has good customer attentiveness, although the process took a couple weeks longer than expected. My main critique is a somewhat disappointing quality of the converted sound - makes me appreciate why we (most of us) gave up on the hissing and static of the vinyl medium. In fact I had these identical LPs converted years ago by another company with much better sonic results. Not sure to what factors to attribute the different qualities.”
