Absolutely hopeless. Nothing ever arrives on time if it arrives at all. If I know a seller is going to use Evri I will refuse to place the order.

I had to put 1 star, how I wish there was a minus star option…I was given 1 hour notice of a delivery, I was unable to make it home…the parcel was not delivered, apparently taken back to a depot…I was assured by Claire it would be delivered next day….nope… I spoke to the farcical “customer service department “ the same woman, Claire, again assured me it would be the very next day, nope…this went on for 3 days….theyve now stopped talking to me…ive wasted 3 days waiting for my delivery…its a fairly expensive item, so I wanted to make sure i was here when it was delivered….ive had to resort to going to the company I bought the item from, they’ve posted out the item to me via Royal Mail….ive spoken to so many people who have issues with EVRI…lots of partially opened parcels, I guess having a look inside to see if it’s worth “misplacing” the item….parcels delivered to wrong addresses, people being told their package has been delivered when it hasn’t…if possible do not use these people, they are terrible

An absolutely shockingly bad company who lie about delivery, take fake delivery photographs of a random parcels at a random locations and have lost 2 out of three parcels. DO NOT USE THEM. I rarely do reviews but my recent experience has got my blood boiling

I booked for a return to be picked up today, Friday 10th January 2025, and have received an email at 14.31 to say that "the packaging wasn't suitable" even though the van driver hasn't even been to my house! Basically he is just lying because he obviously hasn't even seen the parcel which is still sitting in our hall awaiting pick up.!!

Always delivers to wrong address, when it says 5 on the address I expect it to be at number 5 not at number 6 it clearly says number 5 on address

I think this parcel service is rubbish they have lost two parcels that I was expecting a third parcel out for delivery two days on each day did not arrive I am not blaming the sender as it was posted out very quickly it is the curious service Evri that let the sender down I know who I would rather use if I had to send a parcel and it would not be EVRI

waited for a parcel to be collected for four days now and no one has showed up. They lie and say they have attempted collection. You are unable to get through to customer service on the phone and the chat bot is useless. you finally get an email from evri and they are responding with irrelevant information. AWFUL COMPANY!

Truly terrible delivery company. They somehow managed to never deliver items on time and on several occasions to completely the wrong address. If a parcel won't fit through a letter box, it's usually dumped in the rain or in plain sight for anyone to steal. They also seem to take sadistic delight in making it impossible to contact them - they seem to think a chatbot is helpful and appropriate.

Parcel arrived late and damaged beyond use. Previous parcel never arrived. After a long battle with evri and the seller evri agreed the driver delivered to the wrong address. Anyone giving this company good feedback has obviously had very little experience of their services.

I'd give no stars if I could. Evri kept the parcel at their depot for three days, then only informed me it was out for delivery less than two hours before it arrived. However, that isn't the main problem. The driver didn't knock, but pushed an OPEN and EMPTY envelope through my door. I ran out after him straight away but he had driven off. Final insult - Evri then sent me a photo of the empty, open envelope with the contents missing, showing it inside my letter box, as 'proof of delivery'. What has happened to my item??

Awful customer service. Driver left the parcel I was sending on a doorstep, it was stolen and they won't compensate me. Took them over a month to respond to me.

Tracking shows delivered and proof of delivery shows orders on drivers hand and next day other order shows inside van as proof of delivery. Disgusting

Beyond appalling, worst trick they pull, is the legendary “We called, but you weren’t home” no you didn’t!!! Even ring camera footage shows absolutely nobody came to the house. Yet they STILL use this blatant lie. I absolutely refuse to buy from any retailer that uses those clowns. The name change fooled nobody, maybe radiation should be renamed “Magic Moonbeams “ then it won’t give you cancer.. They are cheap, for one reason. They are sh1t!!!!!!

Order from Shapeshiftprintworks on Amazon Marketplace delayed and now without new delivery date. Maybe I've been unlucky, but last delivery from Everi came damaged, bringing memories of Hermes...

They said they tried to make a delivery but it was unsuccessful. The package is now going back to the sender They never tried. Totally incompetent, especially the customer support. Avoid like the plague.

1 out of 5 is being generous. The parcel arrived at the Evri local depot. All they had to do was to get the parcel from their local depot to the click-and-collect point. They made no attempt to make that final transfer. Customer Services are useless. The chat is "manned" by an AI bot. It could see that the parcel was delayed and would be expedited. That never happened. After 12 days of gathering dust, the parcel was returned to the sender.
