“I sent a parcel with Evri on 7th January 2025. It was not delivered and appears to be lost in their system. There customer service phone number is an automated bot which merely says they will investigate but no one to talk to.
This is a company demonstrating everything wrong with the worst businesses today - customer service relegated to a useless automated bot.”
“haven't received my item because "your courier has had an issue getting to the address" did he disappear half way or am I on Mars? bc w every other delivery company I get my parcels on time but with evri there's always an issue!!”
“Absolutely shocking after service when the contents of a parcel I sent to someone arrived broken. You literally cannot get anyone to help you and as I had to refund my buyer for the broken item I am now out of pocket. Worst service I’ve ever received.”
“Whoever owns/runs Evri needs to give up and start a new career path. A parcel I placed Dec 22nd 2024 is still not here as "had trouble finding address" after I have pinned it on the map, referred to my neighbours if not in, and chose a safe place for my address.
Another one is also lost, attempted delivery Mon 6th Jan, 10 days ago. I've contacted the seller now as Evri is no help at all.
I'm starting to believe the local delivery person has a vendetta against my house for some reason. It is a numbered house, on a street, if you just open your eyes.
£100 missing all in all, will actively AVOID buying anything online if they use Evri. Please shut this company down.”
“They lied about the delivery of the parcel, claiming they couldn't deliver it even though you're available 24/7 at your property. They simply tossed the parcel wherever was convenient for them, without bothering to bring it upstairs to your door.”
“Evri are outrageously bad and lie all the time. They say they attempted delivery - ring doorbells tell the truth. They say no one was in - ring doorbells prove they didn’t come to the house. Delivery slots between 8 and 9pm never take place. What a terrible company.”

This company is a sham 2 seperate occasions this company has messed about with my packages, first time I got a fake delivered message and a picture of it in another house, after I rated the driver as a theif it magically appeared on my doorstep at 4am with no delivery email, suspicious no?
Second was yesterday my package was delayed for 3 days only for it too arrive (was expecting at least 31 items) only to receive am ugly handbag I never ordered and no 31 items, and like others have said you cannot speak to them to resolve the issue, I've come to the conclusion while drivers are thieves and the company is a scam I'll never trust this company to deliver as they can't seem to do a simple job. Absolutely ridiculous.”
“Two parcels marked as delivered, no proof, nearest neighbour is 1 mile away, missing for over 2 weeks now, waiting for a refund from the unfortunate seller. Ridiculous business model. Rely on quick turnover of disgruntled drivers to keep things moving, as nobody could possibly make a living deliveribg fir them in a rural area.”

“We received a parcel that we weren't expecting, it was a present from a relative, The delivery driver dropped it over our gate (5ft high) which wasn't locked in the rain and snow at the beginning of January it sat there on the ground until 10:30 the following morning, the packaging was sodden and falling apart. How on earth this company stays in business beats me.”
“Shocking service. Now had 2 parcels stolen because of a lazy driver. Instead of coming back the next day (they must make 3 attempts to deliver) he just chucks it at my front door in an unsecured building. I have also NOT left instructions to be left safe . Now down £80 and this mob dnt care. Impossible to actually speak to a person and the chat bot is as good as usless. “I fear buying anything these days if they say it’s Evri delivery as I just know because we live out in the sticks I never get my parcel on time and even when I’m tracking it and it’s on route , I get a message to say they can’t deliver and it will be another day , shocking service and now I try not to buy anything that’s being delivered by them”
“Terrible delivery service. 2 -weeks late and dumped at the wrong address (according to their own photo evidence). Needless to say I didn't receive the parcel both leaving me out of pocket and now in dispute with the seller. Awful. I always check now to see who the delivery company is before I buy online. If its EVRI, forget it.”
“Was told my parcel would be delivered by 8.00 pm and 2 minutes before this i was told they couldn't deliver and to contact another firm about getting it delivered this is wholly unacceptable..I will never purchase another product which has your company in charge of delivery..if I could I would leave a score of -1 and even that is too high..Andrew Donnelly an extremely disgruntled customer”
